  1. Haha! Marty Jannetty on Smackdown next week!
  2. Can someone explain to me why Dawn Marie was wearing a wig?
  3. Good luck marketing that as an ECW Reunion show, considering Vince has exclusive rights to "ECW" and the fact ECW One Night Stand will probably be released on DVD as well.
  4. I watched the PPV live and they did not show one iota of Owen after the fall. Anybody who claims to have video is a liar. Vince said they destroyed the footage immediately so no one could see it.
  5. According to Meltzer, WWE brought Paul Heyman to the offices last weekend and asked him about what they should do for the ECW PPV. Heyman pounded the fact that this PPV needed some of the guys that are currently under contract to TNA. So, WWE recently contacted TNA about using Jerry Lynn, Kid Kash, Shane Douglas, and Raven for the show. TNA politely told them to fuck off. And all reports are saying that WWE is not trying to interfere with Douglas' show because Vince doesn't want to come off as an asshole when it comes to ECW. Meltzer stated that any reports that WWE was offering people more money to not work Douglas' show and just work their's was completely false. Them actually inquiring TNA about using Douglas on the show pretty much proves that.
  6. Just thank God he didn't land on the ringpost or on the ring ropes or something more disturbing.
  7. Trish.
  8. I still have that weird image in my head from Wrestling With Shadows of a scantily-clad Sunny playing with one of Bret's kids in an oddly-lit room.
  9. WWE 24/7's Web Site has a programming listing for the current month.
  10. I don't blame Bret for getting a piece of Sunny's ass. Julie Hart was a fat, ugly piece of cow shit.
  11. You can pay 6-10 bucks and you have this channel playing all the time.
  12. Linda McMahon said it would be a monthly charge anywhere from $6 to $10 a month.
  13. NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) - World Wrestling Entertainment is set to unveil Monday (March 7) that its subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) service, WWE 24/7, will launch on systems of cable operator Cox Communications, as well as several smaller cable firms. After holding discussions with possible distribution partners for roughly the past six months, the deals are the latest sign that the newest WWE product has started to gain traction with distributors just ahead of the company's annual WrestleMania extravaganza, scheduled for April 3 at Staples Center in Los Angeles. "WWE 24/7 has started to sell itself," WWE Enterprises senior vp Tom Barreca said. Added Peter Clifford, vp WWE affiliate sales: "Our jump into the on-demand world comes with a promise to once again be a market-maker. We intend to do for SVOD in this decade what we did for pay-per-view in the 1980s." After announcing a deal with TVN Entertainment Co. in February, WWE 24/7 will now also be offered in several big Cox systems, with sources saying more than a half-dozen markets are scheduled to get the service initially. In addition, smaller cable firms RCN Corp., Blue Ridge Communications, Sunflower Broadband, Massillon Cable TV and SELCO (Shrewsbury Electric and Cable Operations) will carry WWE 24/7. WWE expects to gain further carriage deals in the coming weeks and months for the service, according to Barreca and Clifford. They declined to say if more big cable operators are likely to join the SVOD fray soon or to predict how many subscribers the SVOD product could reach this year. WWE 24/7 utilizes the company's 75,000-hour video library and makes about 20 hours of content available per month. "Differentiated, branded content with a passionate following like that of WWE's is a great addition to our library of on-demand content," Cox senior vp programing Bob Wilson said. Blue Ridge will offer WWE 24/7 in cities throughout Pennsylvania after a successful soft launch, the company said. RCN will offer the service to its subscribers in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley, Pa., as well as in the Washington area. Sunflower will launch WWE 24/7 in Lawrence, Kan., while Massillon and SELCO bring the offering to systems in Ohio and Massachusetts, respectively. Reuters/Hollywood Reporter Original Article So, let's recap with the list: -- Cox Cable -- RCN Corp. -- Blue Ridge Communications -- Sunflower Broadband -- Massillion Cable TV -- SELCO (Shrewsbury Electric and Cable Operations)
  14. Bob Holly cheated on his wife with B.B. back in 2000, which got B.B. fired from the company.
  15. So both of them lied to Matt's face about it. They just got more negative points.
  16. At the Greensboro, N.C. house show last night, there was a fan holding up a sign that read "Edge Betrayed Matt" followed by chants of "You screwed Matt." It's assumed by many that Matt Hardy and Edge were both scheduled to be part of the six-person ladder match at WrestleMania due to their history in TLC matches. Sources in WWE say that at this point it is considered "off the table" to book Hardy and Edge in the same ring given the personal issues between them, "unless they want a real fight to break out" says one WWE wrestler to PWTorch.
  17. If they really wanted to punish Edge & Lita, have them work a program with Matt Hardy where Hardy gets to beat both of them up in the ring. I'm sure the old timers like Taker and the crazy fucks like Holly would push for that. And I'm sure Matthew Hardy wouldn't mind either.
  18. We need to find out what Edge & Christian's GRANDMA EDNA thinks about all this.
  19. I can't wait until Matt Hardy's message board comes back. I'm going to make a thread proclaiming Edge to be my favorite wrestler.
  20. Lita accidentally did a moonsault onto Edge's dick. She blew the spot.
  21. PWTorch said it was Edge. Wow. Edge? That's kinda out of left field. Shit, the road must be REAL lonely if Edge is reduced to banging Lita. You'd think WWE would have the best ring rats money could buy for their top-tier workers. And Edge is married, so it must be doubly worse.
  22. I'm up for it if she's hanging from a noose. Naked.
  23. PWTorch said it was Edge.
  24. PWTorch is reporting that Edge was the guy that Lita fucked, causing the breakup. And Edge is currently in his second marriage (he divorced Val Venis' sister more than a year ago), so this completely fits the Johnny Ace story from a few weeks ago.
  25. I don't see how they could do a Warrior DVD without any interviews from him on it. And seeing as how Warrior owns his name, that means Warrior would have had to have given them permission to do it. The Montreal DVD would be an instant sell for me if it had a face to face interview between Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart and Vince McMahon or all three in a roundtable setting. But other than that, is there anything new that can be said that wasn't already said in the Wrestling With Shadows documentary?
