What's you favorite cheesy 80's theme song?
Rendclaw replied to TheOriginalOrangeGoblin's topic in General Wrestling
Ultimate Warrior's theme was so metal-y, it was cheesy. -
to go really old school, LL Cool J did a song on his first album "Radio" called Dear Yvette, about a year later a girl rapper called E-Vette came back with a diss on him. that was 1985-86.

good job, as usual, J. Is it me, or did you seem a little terse tonight? oh, and don't sweat the past female stuff, we've al been there in one way or another.

I loved Conan, I can never get enough of that movie. Eraser, Predator, Commando, and Raw Deal were all good, the him wielding the Phoenix Sword has them all beat.

I bought street hoops, and its pretty damn good.... I'm wondering what else to buy... I would do robotech battlecry, but nah...

I would only give the slight edge to the Hart Foundation because even back in 89, Bret was already one of the best technical wrestlers in the world and was only getting better. in a best of seven series I would give the Harts a 4-3 win. I love the Steiners of old and I am saying that. By the way, I have that Bret/Dynamite match, and it is worth every one of the 5 stars that it gets.

Amen to that. Hell, I didn't know about the slash until it was brought up in this topic. And ya know what? It just don't matter. Its not like someone is prying my eyes open and *forcing*me to read the stuff and dropping saline into my eyes to keep them from drying out ala A Clockwork Orange... if its what she's into, more power to her. She strikes me as intelligent (if a touch strange) and she makes excellent banners. That's why I like the girl. We haven't talked any further that posts on here or talking about banners, so I ain't quailified to say anything more.

Hardcore deserves to be jobbed out for the next year. Prick.

34 isnt a mummy... Ivory is 42. And I would hit it from every angle, in every place, in every postion, too. No doubt.

I do have to say that she is not shy about expessing what turns her on, thats for sure... That will serve her well a few years down the road.

Double Post. I just cannot get into the nJo stuff at all, I was interested in the first couple of books, but they killed Chewie!! *sobs* I am finding the same thing out with the Republic books... I thought that The Approaching Storm by Alan Dean Foster was going to be excellent, but I was bored to tears by it. It started off promising enough but ye gods, enough with the psychoanalysis of Anakin.... io expected much better from ADF, as Splinter of the Mind's Eye was one of my favorite Star Wars novels. But now that I think about it, I find myself very apathetic about the whole Old Republic setting in general. I remember the discussion we had about it a while back, and I find it just too dry for my tastes..... I'm just hoping Episode III is the blowoff that I am hoping that it is....

I just finished up the entire set of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel relaunch... and damn was it good.... now I'm stuck waiting for Unity, which isn;t out until either october or november... ::sighs:: Right now, I'm re-reading The Last Command, waiting for my copy of The Starfollowers of Coramonde to appear in my mailbox.

Nothing odd about that... EX: I have been trying to update my personal website for months now, and the only way I can get things out about myself is if I write them down on paper first, then type them out, elaborating on this or that point as I go. Quirky, but it works for me.

So do girls that own their own arcade machines.

when I get really depressed, I masturbate like a fiend... at least five times a day.... that hasn;t happened in awhile though... this past saturday when a friend of mine was telling me about her sexual escapades (and I had already been drinking), I got a major case of jealousy and depression that I just signed off and buried myself in a video game until the sun came up.... thats what I normally do too, just play and play and play until I feel somewhat normal.

One way to Rock - Hagar The Trooper, Man on the Edge - Iron Maiden The Disintegrators, Crush Em - Megadeth Under a Glass Moon - Dream Theater Trippin On a Hole In a Paper Heart, Interstate Love Song - STP the list goes on and on.....

eh I like her just fine, though I will say that her Alan Cumming obsession is a little over the top, but who among us at her age did not have a rather unhealthy fixation on someone or something? As to her not being able to get off, believe it or not that's fairly normal in teen girls, and it usually normalizes around 18-20. Now if she goes into her mid-20s and she still has that problem and not for lack of trying, then something is wrong... Other than that, she makes cool banners for people (at least she did until someone insulted her about one), and she strikes me as fairly intelligent. She's okay by me.

Live 96 was my game. The best basketball game for the Genesis ever, along with Coach K.... 97 and 98 were tame by comparison. After spending several hours creating players and doing the major player trades to respective teams, I would create myself and a good center, place them both on the Orlando Magic, and proceed to destroy on the All-Star level, going 82-0 and destroying the playoffs.... Even Michael Jordan and the Bulls could not stand against me, even when I made it a personal mission to outscore him. Then as a lark, I decided to play on the Bulls team and create a true three-headed monster with myself at the point, MJ at the 2 and Pippen at the 3. With Kukoc making solid contributions at the power forward spot, some of the things I would do with that team were downright sickening... Then with Coach K I enjoyed playing through the season with UConn, going undefeated though some of those games were close... then I checked out Wake Forest and to my surprise, I had Tim Duncan playing center... he was a beast back then, folks.

Without Slash, the sloppiest yet one of the most soulful lead guitarists of our generation, and without Duff, of course its going to blow. GnR could have been the Rolling Stones of the 80s and 90s, possibly into the new millenium, but alas, drugs, booze and ego brought them low before their time.

Can you tell me just how else they are to show something like that? I won't disagree that it was cobbled together from the concepts of several other movies, though. ::remembers he ex-fiancee almost broke his arm in the theatre, she was clutching onto it so hard::

which is even more scary, because Tony Gwynn was a monster are getting on base.. If Ichiro continues to improve, we might only be seeing the tip of the iceberg right now.

Joe Satriani - Summer Song, Psycho Monkey, Driving At Night, Can't Slow Down, Motorcycle Driver, Crushing Day, A Train Of Angels, Ceremony.

I can't take anything Peter Gammons says all that seriously because more often than not, he will take a question asked to him about X player and spin it into a shill for the Red Sox. Ichiro is pure excitement, and really the first player from Japan who has not burned out or hit a bump in his development (Re: Hideo Nomo). I would take him in a heartbeat as my lead off hitter... if he had a touch more power, he would be extremely dangerous as he already can hit the ball to all fields. I liken him to Rickey Henderson, just with less power and maybe a touch more speed, if that's possible. Soriano and his counterpart, Miguel Tejada (if he can ever get out of that horrible slump he's in) represent a changing of the guard at second base, and A-Rod has always been sick... if he remains consistent throughout his career, whatever HR record Bonds set will fall by the beginning of the next decade. Hm, I'm getting a Baseball Stars team creation jones....

I have all of the tracks sitting on my hard drive and I still haven't brought myself to listen to it form beginning to end

The crowd usually counted to ten in spanish when Super Crazy would be in the ring... I'm not sure if that happened for any other luchador.
