I don't remember hearing about Shawn Michaels being gay, although I do remember something about a gay porn star with his name. What's the story on this?

Weird. I saw the thread title and my heart skipped. Til I remembered he was already dead.

People hate them because they are so dominant and filthy rich. But if these people realize how fucking simple Microsoft has made computer use they wouldn't be bitching. Its just one of those hate who's on top type things.

This isn't badmouthing the armed forces. It's making Orton more of a heel by showing he's a pussy who deserted the military.

Parent body-slams ref at high school basketball
OldSchoolWrestling replied to EdwardKnoxII's topic in General Chat
It's not the ref's fault. Peter is a sloppy worker and did nothing to protect him. -
Parent body-slams ref at high school basketball

Next game these parents will have a restraining order against them and cops will be surrounding the court. But then the parents will bust through with a beer truck and still get the referee. -

Paris and Nicole to hit the road for Season 2
OldSchoolWrestling posted a topic in Television & Film
Hilton, Richie Hit the Road Feb 9, 2:33 PM EST Associated Press After traumatizing parts of northwest Arkansas, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie are taking on the rest of the country. The socialites and best friends will spend the second season of their reality show, "The Simple Life," on a road trip, Fox TV announced Monday. "It'll be interesting to see the country through their eyes," Mike Darnell, Fox's executive vice president of special programming, told the trade paper Variety. "Maybe Paris will visit a Wal-Mart. I'm kind of hoping they stop at a Hilton." Auditions for families to play host to Hilton and Richie will begin this weekend and are scheduled to last throughout the month; casting information is available on the Bunim-Murray Productions Web site. Production is expected to begin this spring, with the show airing later this year. The first season of "The Simple Life" was a huge hit for Fox. It featured Hilton, the hotel heiress, and Richie, daughter of Lionel Richie, milking cows, washing trucks and shocking the locals while living with a family in rural Altus, Ark. -
The Oregonian is reporting that Rasheed Wallace was informed that he is being traded to the Atlanta Hawks last night while he was seated front row at Raw. Shortly after being shown on screen and being introduced to the crowd as a Trailblazer, Wallace was summoned to Coach Cheeks's office where he was given the news. 1wrestling.com

Found this in one of his bios: He also wrestled as Killer Blond or Louie Spicolli whenever Triple A was in California promoting shows, and he impressed Konnan and Antonio Peña, so in 1994 he started to wrestle in Mexico as well. Now he had a new name, Madonna's Boyfriend, and he was a cocky, dancing American rudo.

Vince Russo just can't stay off tv
OldSchoolWrestling replied to OldSchoolWrestling's topic in TNA Wrestling
I'd have to disagree with that. Sure, he books crap now and then, but sometimes he can make the show great. I didn't become a regular TNA viewer until Russo came on T.V and started the SEX v. Tradition angle. It was a good storyline until it got out of hand with people joining for like a week (cough: Hot Shots) then never seen again for a few months. My only problem with Russo is if he books himself into matches, especially main events. Take the Sex vs Tradition angle. Would it have been any better/worse if Russo wasn't in it? I don't mind him booking it. I just don't want him to be the focus of it, which I felt he was. It was always all about him. Just like it is with Jarrett now. I like his booking much better than Dutch Mantel, but at least Dutch is smart enough to stay offscreen. -
I'm offended.

No specific criteria. Everyone judges a wrestler based off of different criteria. So just based off of right now, who is your favorite? You can go off of career achievement, workrate, charisma, whatever. If you had to put them in order, how would you do it. Feel free to explain how you chose, just so we can see how you came to your conclusion. For me, I try to go by who entertains me the most both in and out of the ring. I chose Eddie - Angle - Benoit. It was a close call between Eddie and Angle at the top. I never like Angle when he plays face. When he's a heel he is awesome. I love his matches. As for Eddie, I like him as a face or a heel, his matches are awesome. Didn't like his over the top Cheech Marin he was doing during his time with Chyna, but he is still my favorite. Hasn't won the big one.....yet. Benoit is awesome in the ring and I love his badass image. I don't have a problem with his mic skills as most do, but he's just not my #1 favorite.

Vince Russo is expected to resume an on-air role with NWA: TNA soon. He has returned in a creative capacity for sometime now. Russo will likely be involved as the secret guy who has been telling Sonny Siaki not to join Jeff Jarrett. Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Whoops, stupid me. I for some reason was thinking MLW when you were talking ROH. Sorry!
-
He wrestled the Janurary MLW Reloaded matches. On 1-9 he wrestled Homicide and on 1-10 he wrestled Chad Collyer. I think the Homicide match was on the first Underground TV show of the year. Gary Hart ended up coming out and they jumped Jerry Lynn.

Wasn't he already back? I thought I saw him on the January shows.
-
I think he's doing a good job. I hated him the last few years coming back to shill books and even as the good guy commish I didn't care for his act. But coming back and getting his ass kicked around has been a good thing. I just wish he'd leave the sock in his pants.
