So, apparently, ESPN games aren't allowed on League Pass in Canada either. And since I can't get ESPN, I'm shut out of the marquee matchups like Pistons/Celtics and Suns/Mavs. That's just brilliant.

Who has to pay for the NFL Network? I get the NFL and NHL Networks free. Highly unlikely. They both figure into your cable/satellite bill somehow. Here it is a part of the basic sports package. The same one that comes with TSN, Sportsnet & The Score. Yeah, it's funny that we have more access to NFL games in Canada than they do in the U.S.
