I like Russo, and I like the subject of the Monday Night Wars, and I disliked the book. It cuts off when he leaves the WWE, so what will probably be the most interesting parts (WCW and TNA) are saved for Part Two.

Just the other day I was going through my external HD and saw a folder labeled "Season 3." I figured it was Scrubs or something. Lo and behold it was AD Season 3. Needless to say I rewatched the season in about two days. So much great stuff. "WHY AM I NOT GOING UNDER THE WATER?" is probably my favorite moment from the season, although "dusty old clap trap" and "I can't spare the moisture" work as well.

Jarrett's promo was awesome thanks to the crowd. The angle, however, is incredibly stupid and proof enough that this booking team is not working.

When you predict $25 million and get $15 instead on opening weekend, followed by a big drop-off, you're not happy. You're not pissed, but you're certainly not thrilled.

CW Anderson looks like such a goof on national TV. He's fucked, and rightfully so. There's no reason to keep Doring or Francine either. Jazz could be a manager, but whatever. Releasing Mamaluke would be so stupid. Do they not realize how awesome he made The Big Show look at One Night Stand? He bumps like a fucking pinball, and it never hurts to have a tag team around.

Judging from the documentary "Lipsticks & Dynamite," Moolah was a ruthless businesswoman who used her influence and will to firmly keep other women wrestlers "in their place." The attitude toward Moolah from every other female wrestler they interviewed ranged from thinly veiled disdain to outright hostility. In another world, Vince would have called her "son-in-law." Besides that, Moolah keeps a borderline retarded, senior citizen, midget former female wrestler named "Diamond Lil" as a mascot/indentured servant in her South Carolina home. If nothing else, I'm sure Vince McMahon has to be in awe of THAT, and has probably spent years trying to work a similar storyline into the Wrestlemania main event. And on top of all that, the Iron Sheik called her a dumb old douchebag.

Depending on how long the event you're going to watch is, just wait until it has been on the air for twenty to forty-five minutes. That way you can fast forward through the commercials and you're still watching it relatively live. I do this for everything.
