Yes, I have no life- Here's a scan from the magazine- http://pics.livejournal.com/conditioned/pic/0003hp9t

That was my answering machine greeting for a while.

Jane magazine- their annual clothes off their back issue. http://www.clothesoffourbacks.org/ Amazon has Season 1 for $20

I'll give you a hint. It RHYMES with COCK

Trevor Linden pretty much said he didn't care, so they could probably pay him something very little.

...and it starts. Don't respond to my posts Crono. You lessen their impact

What sources do you have for the Smoltz and Jones stuff? They're not getting traded. I just think it's pointless to speculate on unfounded rumours-at least Frigid isn't around for this thread

Can The Rock get a cab?

Andruw's not getting traded. Neither is Smoltz Yea, this is why we didn't need a trade deadline thread.

That kid missed Booker's reign by one day

Alexander?

August counts as summer movie season I think. AP2 had competition from Rush Hour 2, The Others and Jay and Silent Bob. Sixth Sense was #1 for 5 weeks. August 6th-September 5th. I think Miami Vice or the Ant Bully will probably beat Pirates this week.

Are you referring to "The Break-Up" as the other bomb? I assume so. I think this means that at least one of them (most likely Owen) will need to take a drastically different role then what they normally do. "Owen Wilson as Owen Wilson" isn't going to fly much longer. I meant "You Me and Dupree." Maybe it didn't bomb as badly as I thought, but then you have to imagine what the Wilson Brothers are asking per movie now seeing as how the rest of the Frat Pack have been a role for a few years now, particularly Ferrel and Vaughn. You, Me and Dupree was budgeted at 54 mil. It's going to easily turn a nice profit. The movie was pretty much sold on Owen Wilson's name, and I think the total gross will end up being pretty good.

You Me and Dupree did not bomb.

ALL HAIL KING BOOKER. My friend and I went crazy when he won

Linden will be back with Canucks Jul, 20 2006 - 8:20 AM VANCOUVER/CKNW(AM980) - The Vancouver Canucks are expecting Trevor Linden to return to the lineup. GM Dave Nonis says a roster spot awaits the unrestricted free agent, and they'll sit down next week to discuss a new deal. The Canucks didn't exercise a 1.5-million-dollar option after Linden slumped to 16 points last season. Meanwhile, Anson Carter's agent says the free agent won't accept the Canucks' current offer, believed to be 1.8-million dollars a year. Excellent news

He's never had a movie make more then 30 mil.

Aw.....I wanted to believe it was me and only me that drove him out. Too bad. I miss RRR and his negativity. :-( Was there a specific thread or was it the soup?

Pirates had the third biggest third weekend of all time

Adam Sandler was never really the star of the show, not like Ferrell was. I think Jason Sudeikis has excellent breakout potential though. Andy Samberg sucks, if it wasn't for Lazy Sunday, I definetly think he'd be on his way out.

SHUT UP!!!! ::bangs head against desk:: Chipper and Andruw are both banged up, which is why I'm thankful for the PPD of yesterday's game. They really need to win tonight's game because they were starting to gain some momentum in the WC race. Loved the trade for Wickman.

It won't be cancelled for a long time, they have a deal to be on the air till 2010, and the show still does make money for NBC. Even though I think they went overbudget last year, which is why they only aired 19 episodes. I think Lorne Michaels is finally getting it. They've had people they can build the show around, but there's always been deadweight dragging it down. Getting rid of people who have been on the show way too long will definetly make next season a good one.

It's great news that Tina's leaving. She should've left in 2004, as she got pretty bad her last two seasons. Rachel Dratch, Chris Parnell, Finesse Mitchell, Horatio Sanz and Maya Rudolph are also leaving/probably leaving.
