I never heard about this. When did this happen? Which part? My stroke? Fuck, like two years ago I guess now. Was on the internet chilling, next thing I know shit went south in a hurry. It's not fun, it's the most horrifying feeling in the world. I lucked out with only mild nerve damage in my left arm that has left me basically unable to lift anything heavier than a can of paint with it (it's a real confidence builder lemme tell you). It was a nice side effect to the currently untreatable but not deadly disease (well, as far as they know...comforting!) ripping me to shredded wheat toast. You should go to the hospital even if it's a pinched nerve just to be safe. I never knew that. I'm sorry to hear about that man. My neighbor was a heart surgeon at my local hospital, so I showed her what I had. She said it is most likely a pinched nerve. The reason my right arm and shoulder are kinda of sliding is because of the pain. She said if it still keeps going till tomorrow, I should go to a doctor. I'll trust her. My neck pain is pretty much all gone now though. That's good. And the only reason I don't go to the doctors right now... my family no longer has health insurance. And I've seen people getting ripped off left and right up there at the hospital. I got run over by a go-kart at my work and I had to go to the hospital for that. Workman's comp covered it, but it was still pretty fucking pricy. X-Rays and an advil tablet... that was it really. And I believe it came out to 3200 bucks (at least that's what they told me) overall. For X-Rays and an advil. Good grief...

The Canadian thing was a gimmick that died in about a week where me and Tekcop were claiming to be Canadian. I'm really from Jackson, TN.

Well, I woke up today... I can turn my head a bit to the right without pain, but not a lot. Still have that tingly feel in my arm. I know I didn't have a stroke, but I was just thinking, would I even know if I had a stroke at night? You think that would be one of those things that you remember... or die from.

I woke up this morning... and I couldn't turn my head to the right without it hurting like a motherfucker. And I've got this tingly sensation in my right arm... not the good kind. And when I looked in the mirror, nothing was symmetrical. It looked like the right side of my body was sliding down. My right shoulder was lower than my left. That scares me pretty good. I don't know if I slept on it funny last night or what the fuck happened. i've never had these problems. It's still like that as I'm typing right now. My folks say it's a pinched nerve, but I have no damn clue. Thoughts?

It's amazing that a team who lost 6 (I believe that's the number. I could be wrong) players to the NBA last year has come back to beat Duke and become a possible contender for the National Title. And if not that, at least a Final Four. Now I know people are gonna say "It's North Carolina!", but they weren't looking good for a few years before Williams came in. Color me impressed. I know the way they won today was pretty fucked up, and they've lost Mensah-Bonsu but I don't see GW in the 3 position. At the 1 spots, I've got UConn, Duke, Villanova, and Memphis. For the 2's I have Gonzaga, GW, Ohio State, and Illinois. I'm probably fucking wrong though.

If Ohio State falters, Memphis may still be primed for a #1 seed. I just can't see the board making Illinois, Pittsburgh, or Gonzaga the #1 seed for some reason. It just sounds wrong. But I think we can all agree on this.... Duke, UConn, Villanova. THIS IS WHERE THE POWER LIES, BROTHER!

Tell that to CBS Sportsline. Being the SEC Homers that some of them are, one of the idiots put Tennesse as the third number 1 seed over UConn (who was their number 2) after UConn lost to Villanova. Personally, I would never consider them for a 1 (had they kept the ball rolling they would've been a 2) but if anyone has seen me ever post about the SEC they will know this for a fact... I am one of the biggest detractors of SEC Basketball you'll ever see. The reason for this is their collective attitude towards the sport (save Kentucky, Florida and when they're winning, Tenneesee) is nothing but acceptive disdain, not to mention that their teams are usually nothing but overrated trash. Not to mention that almost SEC game I've had the misfourtine of seeing this year has made wanna kill things. If it were up to them, Basketball would be the 4th most important sport behind Football, Spring Football and Baseball. And yes, I have none of them going beyond the Sweet 16, if that. I didn't hear about that. That's pretty damn ridiculous. I'm a fan of UT, but I'm realistic. There was no way in hell Tennessee could be a 1 seed. Like I said, 2 seed was reachable, but they ain't getting it unless they win the SEC, and win it big time. But with their losses these days, it doesn't look like it. The SEC is looking real weak this year. Usually, we have a Florida or Kentucky to make it seem interesting... but Kentucky for the first in my memory are having an off year, and does anyone buy Florida as a big threat to anything? Anyone? If UAB wins this, you gotta count them in the tournament. How many bubbles do you think could burst because of a small C-USA school from Alabama?
