  1. Wha? No Rex Grossman? He's leading the Bears to a NFC best 10-2!... yeah only the blindest of the blind Bears homers could say Rex is a top 5 QB.
  2. Even though KC is like 20-1 at Arrowhead in December, dating back to 1995?
  3. Yeah I know. I think only New Orleans has a shot of taking it away from Chicago, but it's going to be very hard and they'd need help from every opponent Chicago plays from here out.
  4. I've been saying since the second there was talks of Bulls signing Wallace that it'd have been a terrible move.
  5. But it isn't going to happen. The only game I'm concerned about is the Green Bay game because they usually play the Bears hard and Lovie might sit the starters out for the game. They're going to go 3-1 at worst.
  6. They're also 5-0 when both Hasselbeck and Alexander are in the lineup. This team is a lot better than they are getting credit for. The NFC is going to come down the the Cowboys, Seahawks and Bears. If the Seahawks end up with homefield, would you bet against them? Don't be silly. Chicago has 2 games over everyone else in the NFC with 4 left, and they aren't going to split the final 4 games against St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Detroit and Green Bay. Get real. (Not to say the Bears won't lose any, but they will probably go 3-1, and even if they do split, they hold a tiebreak over Seattle.)
  7. I dunno, I do like Vincent Jackson and Malcom Floyd can be nice too. I'm not really looking for a vertical attack. I'd just be happy with a Tom Brady time-control passing style with Antonio Gates, Keenan McCardell, Eric Parker, Vincent Jackson, Malcom Floyd and even LT.
  8. No one likes Hawk.
  9. I just wish I could watch Rivers play more often. I know they gotta ride the money train in LT, but would it kill them to let Rivers bust loose too?
  10. What the Lions should do instead of draft Quinn is this: Sign Byron Leftwich (if he does indeed go). If they have to use the 1st overall draft pick, take Adrian Peterson.
  11. I would also like to point out the team that apparently has the easiest schedule is Chicago, at .445.
  12. Ah it would have been true had I said "Oakland would defeat Lions, on virtue of them beating Arizona, who beat Detroit." However, no such statement was made. Detroit could beat Oakland, they could not. Detroit, however, is worse than Oakland for many reasons, one simplified, being that they've lost to bad teams, Arizona included. Detroit has had a 2-10 record despite boasting the 8th worst schedule (opponents' winning percentage is only .473). At least the Raiders' was .516 and Arizona's was .500.
  13. It was meant to be a good natured joke. Don't take it so personally, man.
  14. For his own reasons. I'm referring to WWE's manufactured reason for it. Don't be stupid, Choken.
  15. El Cajon, CA: 92,487 as of July 2005.
  16. Says the guy who made two separate threads about VKM coming to a WWE house show...
  17. The Jason Lee movie referenced is "Drop Dead Sexy", for those who actually wanted to give it a look-see.
  18. Ah interesting. I didn't think Punk knew that much. He's probably just being told this stuff by someone in WWE creative who wanted him to come off as a MMA badass.
  19. Well, I guess that answers the lingering question I had as far as how much Punk actually knows about BJJ. And what's the verdict?
  20. Detroit. They lost to the team that lost to Oakland.
  21. People fail to realize they were playing at home, and still lost. They lost because they had shitty clock management. How is that turning the corner? Close or not, I can see the Giants finally giving up on their coach.
  22. I lose to tampon muncher. Oh well. I didn't even think I picked Minnesota to begin with anyways.
  23. Eh I think Atlanta is up and down. NY is just down and down.
  24. What's with the people picking the Giants? Have you guys even seen the remainder of their schedule? NFC: Carolina and Atlanta AFC: Cincinnati and New York Jets
  25. Don't bet on it.
