  1. ...why the Paul Bearer/Brother Love imitation there? Have you heard the way Undertaker announced that match? It sounded like a cat was gnawing on his testicles while he said it. It's almost as bad as the time Jeff Hardy said "TaaaaaIIIIKER...YOUUU haVEn't broKEN MEEEEEE*hissss*" His voice kept breaking.
  2. "THAAA MAAAYYYTTTCCHHHH...IISSSS BAAARRRIIIEEED ALLAAAHHHYYVVE..."
  3. Is anyone else suffering from HCTP withdrawal? I haven't played in a week. I must have it.
  4. Shane likes his Kane medium-rare.
  5. So the ref just kicks the chair out of the ring?
  6. Rob just messed up the "thumbs taunt". Someone's been hanging out with Cheech and Chong.
  7. Oh great that's two tent-pitchers in Evolution Wow, Viagra must be really working for Ric.
  8. Kurt Angle's my favourite mic worker. I laughed my ass off when he revealed HHH and Stephanie's baby to be a chimp on one SmackDown about a year and a half ago.
  9. The way I'm seeing this, it's several strikes to the head and then a Baldo Bomb..right? Pretty simple, but I'm a big Baldo Bomb fan, so I like it.
  10. May I use this space to complain about The Stone Cold Truth? It's VERY, VERY skimpy. There was no talk on his run from '98 to '01. Almost none. It all centers around his feelings on various things, like "Mick Foley" and "Walking out of the company". The stories of how he grew up and broke into the business are pretty well-written, but It's obvious Mick Foley's book blows this one away. At least Mick was able to follow a timeline and go from story to story. In one of the last chapters, "Stone Cold's Bottom Line on the Wrestling Business", he spends more time talking about what other wrestlers are doing wrong than talking about his own career. According to him, the babyfaces and heels should have seperate locker-rooms, women's wrestling is garbage, and promos should not be scripted. Even while I disagree with most of this, it doesn't matter as much as the fact that he forgets to talk about half his damn WWE run. He talks about his first win over Shawn Michaels and his heel run in 2001, but that's about it, other than his mentions of the "time I drove that zamboni". If you're looking for info on his WWE run, skip this. I should have waited for paperback. Fock this book.
  11. Aww, don't ruin the ending! I'm so not buying it now. I can't wait. I will beat old grannies for this DVD.
  12. It wasn't a TV match, but Rock/Mankind/Foley Cage from Break Down '98 is my favourite WWE triple threat match of the 90's. Yet it's hardly remembered.
  13. Sorry, I just didn't have time. Hopefully I can get them up soon, though.
  14. The Christmas Eve 99 match is one of my favourite matches of all time. I've only seen it once and I can barely recall what happened, but I know I just LOVED it.
  15. Chapter 91: Bossman was not a part of WCW when David Arquette was champion. .. Er, wrong thread.

  17. Snap. Alright, I'm going. The last RAW I went to was awesome. (February of earlier this year). Rock came back (to RAW), Booker won a battle royal, Chris Nowinski goodness. It was just plain fun. Especially Rock's antics after the show.
  18. Shit, I loved that too. It's the match that really got me into wrestling. Sid came back at that show, right?
  19. Oh, man, I loved that place. I still remember the time Ray Traylor pushed (Scott Hall?) into the lake, and then he just floated away (and I think Kevin Nash dove after him). It was really funny. I wish WWE would use that set more, it would be awesome.
  20. That was a good match. That also reminds me of another really good match where The Rock fought the New Age Outlaws and X-Pac on the first show in January 2000. That's the same show where HHH beat Big Show for the Heavyweight Title.
  21. Triple H, Lance Storm, Christian, and Test vs. The Rock, The Undertaker, Booker T, and Goldust from August 12, 2002 isn't just one of my favourite forgotten TV matches, it's one of my favourite matches of the summer.

  23. Did he just no-sell a belt shot?
  24. This is the first mention I've heard of it. I found an ad for it in the newest RAW magazine so I did a search on Barnes and Noble. This popped up. Supposedly it provides a backstage look of World Wrestling Entertainment, and it's due out later this month. Sorry if this is old news.
  25. Animal and his kids' interviews were VERY well done. I was thinking the same thing. Me too. I haven't seen the Wembley Stadium match, but from what I've heard, not very good. Eh, oh well. Hopefully next week will be a tribute to Crash Holly. Any mention of Crash yet?
