For Air, I reccommnend Moon Safari, or their latest album Talkie Walkie. They're the two albums which most define their sound, and if you like one Air song, you'll probably like both those albums. Moon Safari May be best to start with because it contains their main singles, but I personally believe Talkie Walkie to be the better of the two. Best song is "All I Need" off Moon Safari.

Interesting that the nations currently being targeted by terrorists (such as Spain and now Japan) are those whose people aren't completely committd to the cause. If three American captives were taken, it would make the US public more vocal in wanting Iraq carpet bombed, but in Japan it's going to weaken the Presidents cause and turn public opinion even more against their troops being in Iraq. If this is any part of a plan, then it's fucking genius on their part.

Personally, the main reason I want to see it is because of the director/ co-writer Michel Gondry. For those of you who don't know, the guy is behind some of the greatest music videos of all time, including Bjorks best stuff and Foo Fighters' Everlong. IMHO, it would be a good idea to add a stronger definition of what is considered racist to the TSM rules. Especially for CE, seeing as it's that is where the most heated exchanges take place.

Most of the displeasure towards Tom is that he's an unpopular poster rather than a poor moderator. Although he does seem to show favoritism more often than the other mods.

You also have Frenchies up there, thus, we tend to discount Canadian opinion. -=Mike I think it's more because one of Bush's main selling points to the American public is his patriotism and the fact that he's fighting a war that's based around American security (IMHO). Also, a lot of what is reported in the foreign press are the major events in Bush's tenure that have relevance on world politics, and they have been less than favorable. Therefore, Bush's popularity is going to be a lot lower in other countries that the US.
