If I recall right, you have to be champo going into the Rumble. There will be a four man for 1 contender with you (as champ) being a participant. The deal is that winner gets the shot unless you win which means no title shot at the Rumble. If you win that match the person you pin to finish it attacks the ref and that sets off the Ref strike. That lasts until the Rumble. The show before the Rumble has Hebner come back to give you a chair to chairshot the guy you're feuding with (again, the person you pinned in the above match) and he says he'll ref a Rumble match between the two of you. You can then choose between putting the title on the line or not.

Man... if only they'd have some way to just import old HCTP CAWs into the new game. It couldn't be all that hard, could it?

For those who are unfamiliar

He's in OVW playing JR's special "troubleshooter" vs Inspector Impact (Horshu) and some other guys who are banded together as a stable tied together by John Laurinaitis. Basically it's some angle where drama between JR & Laurinaitis behind the scenes of the WWE is playing out in OVW, where JR is supposedly on OVW's side and Laurinaitis wants to see OVW lose their developmental crontract.

Or why not just have Benoit pin Shawn at 'Mania. HHH is pissed and does the "you didn't beat me" spiel. So they have a match at Backlash where Benoit beats HHH, laying rest to that. OR, they could just do HHH vs Benoit w/ Benoit winning like they should.
