I found out today I'll be working the weekend of the 2nd round, so unless the Ravens game is a late game, I wont be on here when its on, but I will be watching..not in HD though..ugh.. Ravens and Patriots could meet in the Divisional Round if the Colts get upset in the Wild Card round, which is likely. Odds are the Colts will get the J-E-T-S and I think they could beat the Colts. naiwf's post about how bad the Ravens defense would stick it to the Bears had me laughing too. Id definitely say Grossman would find Ed Reed at least once. I've got this whole conspiracy theory of how the Super Bowl is on CBS and in Florida just like in 2001, and the Terps played in the Orange Bowl in 2001 in Florida. Terps played a Bowl game in 2004 in Florida (Gator Bowl) and the Ravens made the playoffs (won the AFC North that year) although they lost the first game that year vs the Titans..but still..Wierd coinicdences..Terps playing in a Bowl game this year in Florida..Ravens in win the AFC North and in the playoffs...

Having to listen to country music for 8 hours a day at work on certain days, I can say for absolute certain that Carrie Underwoods stupid song about tearing up the truck of the guy thats cheating on her makes me want to stab my ear drums with sharp objects repeatedly. But then again most country music does that anyway..I dont know how I make it through 8 hours of it. I hope Tony Romo nails her in the head with an errant pass one of these days. The Os #5 starters compiled an ERA of 8.45 last year, no other team was over 8..lol..yet they were pretty solid through 4 (under 5). That 5th spot featured just about everyone including Russ Ortiz and Bruce Chen and guys from AA and AAA so that wasnt much of a surprise. As for the Os #4 starter, I have no idea who it will be but it wont be Bedard/Cabrera/Benson so odds are it might be Loewen or Wright.

FOX Sports Radio sucked when they got rid of Mark Patrick, then he went to XM and last I heard of him he was doing the Home Plate Morning Show, but thats gotta be the worst job ever talking baseball durring the offseason on Sat Radio to a limited audience. I dont even know if he's still on it or not. He used to have the best early morning show though. Fox Sports Radio also got rid of Tony Bruno who was ok but not great, and he landed on Sporting News Radio which is now a part of the XM Sports Nation Channel. About the only personality that I can tolerate on FSR is Jorge Sedano and hes on the late shift show. Karen Kay has annoying voice though...too bad shes not on TV.

I'll go out on a limb and say Flair wins, but loses the WM title spot to Edge in some sort of a challenge match prior to WM. Sorta like last year...only Flair wont get put in the Title Match. Taker can win somesort of Smackdown Tournament thingy or whatever to face Batista.

I like stats though! The Ravens defense is #1 in yardage allowed per game and points allowed per game, and #2 in rushing yards per game and #6 in passing yards allowed per game. Ravens are #2 in total turnovers. Off of NFL.com I've also found out the Ravens are the least penalized defense (total yards in penalties) and 2nd in total Penalties . The Ravens also allow the least avg. time of possession of any team in the NFL and have the best 3rd down conversion allowed%. The Ravens offense is clearly superior to the 2000 Offense and no one can debate that. They're actually scoring offensive TDs this year whereas in 2000 they had stretches where all they did was get FGs and defensive TDs. The defense is slightly worse than 2000, but its still right there. How exactly are the Ravens not a case of "Defense wins Championships" this year? They already won the AFC North and right now you have to say they have the best defense of any playoff team AFC or NFC.

Im hating the "We dont have any thing for X so lets stick X in ECW" trend. Obviously ECW is the new OVW.

Ravens will beat the Bills by 2 TDs easily. This game would have worried me if they had won last week and were playing for some realistic shot at a playoff spot, but "LETS GET .500" wont be enough to beat the Ravens in Baltimore when they have SECURE BYE WEEK grilled into their heads.

I dont know why they didnt just put it out on Friday, its not like it was going to do big business anyway. I Saw the original a while back on HDNet Movies as well as the making of the new one on HDNet and I can say that it didnt really need to be remade. It was stupid from the start, although I suppose when the whole "THE CALL IS COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE!" part, I didnt realize Black Christmas came out 5 years before When a Stranger Calls so its not as bad as I initially thought in regards to that point. If they REALLY wanted to remake a christmas horror film...SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT would have been awesome. xAnd remember that thread about franchises that got milked for no reason..I cant believe there were 4 sequels to SNDN..the first sequel was about half flashbacks from the first movie.
