I did think it was funny that the Ref could say its 4th down and 3 inches when they didnt even take a measurement as far as I could tell. I think its funny you can still see the NFL THANKSGIVING logo on the field..and its been like 3 weeks..?

Examples of Milking a Franchise After It's Lifespan Ended

I havent played any of the new games but the Need for Speed franchise probably should be up there. -
I shall note that the Ravens held the Saints offense to 22 points when they played them in New Orleans. Brees did have 383 yards passing and 3 TDs but also had 3 ints and most of the yardage given up was after the Ravens got a 35-7 lead, and they do have a terrible habit of giving up gobs of passing yards when they get up by a couple TDs.. I am quite surprised about this game so far though..I did figure on NO winning but I thought it'd be closer than this.
-
I wonder if they have a photo of him to put "On Top of the Rock"..if not they're probably scrambling for one now.. LOL at that catch for a TD.. Its officially a rout now..lol 42-17. Bill Parcells will be going nuts this week..

ONSIDE KICK! New Orleans recovers.. lol
-
Karney with 3 TDS...hmm I just found a 2006 DMA listing with no populations but New Orleans fell from 43 to 54. Im not going to update the other post cause pretty much everything else is the same.
-
The #'s are pre Katrina if that makes any difference..its the latest #'s I could find from 2005. Baton Rouge is listed at 310,000 Owens with a lucky TD catch..
-
Milwaukee is 33 and Madison is 85..if you combine them its barely a top 15 market. Im sure a lot of teams actual designated markets are larger and all but I just went by the home city market as best I could. and Reggie Bush off to the races for a TD.

I should have been nominated for Maryland sports in general but..yeah. and I should at least get some credit for trying to talk about the Orioles since pretty much no one else is..but I'll always be a bigger Os fan no matter what, although the last 10 years have been horrible. The Ravens have made me a firm believer in the whole Defense wins championships philosiphy and Id rather watch a defensive struggle than a shootout..

PLAY C! PLAY C! PLAY C! in reference to the NBC Play of the Day thing.. even though I know it'll be Vince Young's run..

Last time we had a party of any sorts, I ended up having to take my boss and his wife home cause they were drunk off their asses. I laughed at the list of things you shouldn't do at an office party. If you're the boss you can do whatever the hell you want. Oh, and no Holiday Bonus for me, but I did get a Wal Mart gift card for a whopping $18. yeehaw.

Last I checked, 98 yards rushing is still a good day in this league. I guess if he had gotten 2 more yards the Chargers would have won since they've won 21 straight when he rushes for 100 yards then huh? Im also sure the Ravens are the only team to keep him out of the end zone this year (dont know, but Id be willing to bet). OK..I checked..Week 5 he was kept out of the EZ by the Steelers on just 36 yards rushing but he's had a TD (recieving or rushing) every other game.
-
LOL at the sign LT Can't be stopped.. Week 4 - 0 TDs 98 yards rushing.. I think he can be..
-
Cleveland @ Pittsburgh Buffalo Pittsburgh would be the only game that remotely worries me at all, and the way they thumped them a couple weeks ago it shouldnt, but its a road game. At the worst they'll finish the #2 seed should SD be able to run the table, but there's at least 1 game they could lose vs Seattle. Indy's gonna get rolled by the Bengals next week (much to the fact that Id rather the Bengals lose, but anyway) and theres a 1 game lead difference on the Pats. and in this SD/Den game, it would be outrageously hillarious if LT gets hurt with him going out there in the 4th up 21 pts strictly to get the TD record.
-
and again with the San Diego offense.. Week 4 - Ravens 16 San Diego 13 .. is it some sort of coincidence thats the only game they've scored fewer than 21 points or was it just a fluke? In week 4. Before Rivers started to click, before LT went insane. Everyone knows you can't determine anything from the first 4 weeks when it comes to the post-season. We know SD would beat them this time. Cincy just slapped Baltimore two weeks ago. They have a QB who won't hold up. If they can hold onto the #3 seed, they can get NYJ and avoid Cincy but going into the second round, they will collide with a team they won't beat. Ravens are 1 SD loss away from Home Field Advantage with NE and IND losing. They play Denver, KC, Seattle and Arizona. After today the Ravens play Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Buffalo. and I have no idea why Billick didnt challenge that play..it was at least close to not being a fumble..ugh

Last time I checked the last 2 1/2 + weeks they've kept KC and Pittsburgh scoreless and only gave up 13 points to Cincy. The Ravens defense isn't #1 overall for nothing. A +17 turnover margin..averaging about 8 points a game off turnovers. Just like in 2000 the Ravens don't need their offense to score 30 points a game to win..They probably could have won this game without that long TD but it makes it easier because it forces Trent Green to throw the ball and hes been horrible. He just got sacked..and out of FG range too...er..Tynes kicked an almost 50 yarder.. 13-3 And everyone saying "SAN DIEGO can beat the Ravens", I shall reference you to earlier in the year when the Ravens beat them, which if the Chargers lose again, will hopefully cost them Home Field Advantage to the Ravens..
-
I want you to elaborate on how just exactly the Ravens are playing Terribly..cause last time I checked they were up 13-0, forced 2 INTs and a Fumble and minus 1 long run have held KC to about 60 yards of offense.
-
Mark Clayton ! 89 Yard TD! (McNair's Career Long) YES! 13-0 Ravens
-
The way the defense is playing and how Trent Green is playing, I smell shutout. I just wish the Ravens could put another score on the board, preferably a TD..
-
Jamal Lewis just carried about 6 KC guys on his back for 7 yards.
-
HA HA Larry Johnson broke off a huge run to set the Chiefs up in good position for a score and then Trent Green threw another pass to Ed Reed..lol..
