More good news: Gas Stations are quickly realizing that the higher the cost of gas, the more fees they have to pay on credit card transactions which is leading to some stations to stop accepting Credit Cards (I wonder if this includes the gas company backed ones?). Thats gonna make things pretty bad, you have to actually walk in and pay AND have the cash to pay for it (I dont know of any pumps that have bill acceptors).

I almost never buy stuff in the stores. It used to be you could get a 32 oz fountain soda for $1 which was always cheaper than they price they had for 20 oz bottles. Now a 20 oz bottle is $1.69 (and you can get a damn 2 L bottle for 20 cents more!!) and a 32 oz fountain drink is like $1.59..screw that.

I've never heard Obama say he was a "post-racial" candidate, btw (I still don't know what that even means). we're past the race card..so he's just as white as Mccain and Mccain is just as black as Obama. see..easy! I saw the prediction today of Obama getting "Gored" by winning the popular vote and losing the election. If that happens, there will no doubt be riots everywhere.

If your argument is that a minimum wage increase causes higher unemployment, and you can only show a spike for 25% of the people on minimum wage, you really have not proven anything. WSJ Significant jumps in unemployment for two age groups who comprise about 1/2 of the total minimum wage earners. In fact, if you read that correctly, WSJ is blaming the .5% jump almost squarely on those two age groups.

Those are the exact seats I had, and they weren't bad other than the fact that they're bleachers and with no back it got kinda uncomfortable after a while. Oh, and they're also no alcohol, at least the section I was in. Be sure to take the subway, the bleacher gate is right there as you get out of the subway. Oh, and you can't see Monument Park if you havea bleacher ticket, well you can see it but you cant actually go into it to see it up close.

I think Guthrie has got to be getting the least amount of run support of any starting pitcher. He only allowed a run, but the Os only scored a run. He could easily be 7-3 instead of 3-7 if the Os would just score some damn runs for him.

if you need a CB, I dont know if you could slot Marvin Marvin in the lower end of the CB depth chart since he doesnt seem to be getting much playing time at SS (avg 24 plays a game) behind Bull Blaster.

the biggest pain in the ass is that about half my extensions no longer work and most of them will never get updated it seems..boo!

I just saw that Cecil Cooper and Rod Gardenhire were fined for their teams slow games. I thought I remembered seeing a stat a couple weeks ago that noted that the Twins were averaging some of the fastest games in baseball this year, maybe not I guess. I still think its odd they fine the managers.
