The Ducks secondary is just full of holes. They used to be the Pac 10's best unit but ever since Rashad Bauman and those guys left theyve been getting burned. And their only standout from the last two years, SS Keith Lewis, was drafted. If the diminuitive corners don't figure it out then its gonna be another dissapointing season.

One of my friends works at Gamrcrazy and I think he makes barely over minimum wage which is like 7.10 or something. However he does nothing all day but play games and so do his co-workers. Theyre all cool guys but way lazy. One timehe was playing Metroid and some lady asked him a question and he told her to hold on a minute or two so he could beat the level.

I think Shaq will be motivated if they trade him to Dallas because he has a huge chip on his shoulder. He wants to prove Kobe aint shit and it was him who won the championships. I think he'll want to stick it to Buss and Kupchak for not having his back. If Shaq does go to Dallas I think Steve Nash would re-sign. It would be his best shot at a championship. Hes also never really benefited from playing with a dominant big man who can make him better.

Mark Stein ESPN,.com Looks as if this years Olympic squad just keeps getting younger. I really wish Big Ben were still on the team for he is not human, he is a monster. I like the addition of Melo though. He really started playing well this season and I think the extra games in a new environment will help his development. This team has some speed with Lebron, Starbury, and Wade but I think they lack height. Have they even named a center? There are many foreign teams with a couple of 7 footers and it looks like the US has one in Tim Duncan. We'll see if athleticism and youth can beat out height and experience.

Dallas obviously isnt going to win with their current squad so a trade makes sense. Shaq fills a huge void on D just by being so huge. And I don't think the Diesel has neccessarily declined in talent. In 03-04 he did avg a career low 22 pg but he also avg a career low 14 shot attempts, down 4.5 from his career avg of 18.6. If he gets a teamate who isn't a selfish bitch and will feed him the rock then he can have another couple great seasons. He was still the most dominant force in the league this past year.

That may be the smart thing to do finanically, but shit have some fun. All I know is if I had that much money I would at least spend a little to get out of my parents house. But of course he is the uber-nerd so he probably doesn't party or do anything besides play games.

Sportscenter was all about Tmac and shaq trades today. I thought it was interesting that TMac and Howard were actually the 2nd highest scoring duo in the NBA right behind Shaq and Kobe. S&K avg 45.4 while Tracy and Juwan avg 45 ppg. I think if the Rockets can sign a vetrtan pg like Fisher they might be one of the elite teams in the West. That is if they can find a little bit of depth anyways.

Im curious to see what he said about Oregon. I think they could finish pretty high in the conference if they beat who they're supposed to. If they can beat Cal on the road they could end up being undefeated in conference seeing that USC isn't on their schedule. The toughest game by far is at Oklahoma. The Ducks are pretty good this year but the Sooners are, well, the Sooners and don't lose a whole lot. Who knows though Oregon was a heavy underdog to Michigan last year and also upset Colorado and Texas in bowl games a few years back.

If the TMac/Francis trade were to go down what would the starting 5 for Houston look like? I think TMac brings them more game then Steve had to offer and should put them into the mix as serious contenders in the west. If Yao keeps getting better and they find some role players they can be a really good team. How much cap room does Houston have? Do they have enough to go after a point guard like Derek Fisher? I think aquiring McGrady is a good step toward the future. And I doubt Francis stays in Orlando for long. Remember what happened when the Grizz drafted him? He pouted like a little biotch until they gave in and traded him for peanuts. Hes just gonna whine in O-town until he gets traded. I'm not really seeing how the Magic get better aside from the fact that at least they get some compensation for McGrady.

I'm one of the old fans they're trying to get back. I first started watching WWF around 93-94. Everything that had to do with wrestling interested me. There was a period in 97-98 where I NEVER missed an episode of RAW. I pretty much based my whole week around when wrestling was gonna come on. Sometime around 1999 we didn't have cable for a while so I couldn't really watch that consistently but when I did come back I was kind of dissapointed with what I saw. I think the product has just gotten lame. Some of the superstars they're pushing today just plain suck. There are still guys that I like to see, like HBK and the Undertaker, but a lot of these new guys just have shitty gimmicks or are trying to hard. I just don't think it's as interesting as it used to be. I think that when WWF started dominating WCW in the ratings it started to decline. It just seems like they aren't trying any more because there is no competition.

I hope he Blazers do trade Eddie Gill for a pick. He's pretty much a worthless bench player in Portland and it would be better for him and the team if he left. Also I really would like to see Telfair playing for the Blazers. If they draft Kirk Snyder in the lottery, they could have their future starting backcourt in this years draft assuming they pan out.

He thinks Kobe will end up in New York because they he might have a sweetheart deal with Nike that if he's in the big apple they will double his shoe contract. Also He said T Mac wants to play in Houston next year and Rasheed will probably stay put in Detroit.

I just picked up the Simpsons season 2 and 3 for 14.99 each not including the $5 mail in rebate. SO it's basically $10 each from Wharehouse Music. So cheap it feels like I'm stealing.

I haven't seen Chronicles of Riddick yet, but everyone I've talked to said they loved it. I'm probably going to see it sometime this week and I'll post my thoughts.

If you're an RPG fan then KOTOR is awesome. As everyone probably already said, Halo is 3 years old but still the best console FPS out there. I own a PS2 and X box and love em both. I play all my sports games on Ps2 however because I like the controller layout even though X box has better graphics.

The Rose Bowl doesn't want a fifth game added to the rotation because then they would get the title game every 5th year instead of 4. The National championship game make them a ton of money so they want it as often as possible. I'm sure the other 3 bowls feel this way too. Adding the Cotton Bowl to the mix would take away money from the big 4 games.
