Julius Smokes should be the GM.

Maybe they can bring in BJ Whitmer instead?

Too Cool vs. Tazz & Raven at No Mercy 2000. Tazz to Raven: "Scott, come here."

Awesome episode of Byte This. Even Smart Mark Josh was good this time. Paul Heyman to Mark Lloyd: "You are a wonderful announcer. You are the next Gene Okerlund. We all love you!" Two questions: 1. Didn't Super Crazy live with Rob Feinstein? 2. Was La Parka ever in ECW? I can't recall...
-
Heyman said on the first ECW on TNN show that Sabu was banned from every arena in USA. Can someone explain that angle?

Hulk Hogan, Hollywood Hulkster, whatever they call you I'm coming after you coward!

Does anyone have a clip?

25. Bring back Teddy Hart 26. Bring back Jim Mitchell 27. Reunite Diamond and Swinger 28. Give Raven a feud and let him talk 29. Bring in Jamie Knoble 30. La Parka = Ratings

Yeah, we all remember his iron man matches in TNA... But I agree that WWE would totally ruin his character.

Try NWA Wildside's Freedom Fight 2003 War Games match, it shits on MLW's effort in every way possible. Who were in it? Did the heels win the coin toss?

…who was a member of the Dangerous Alliance managed by Paul E Dangerously…
-
Does he go anal on Vince? Nope, but they stare deep into each others eyes and Vince tells him it was a really nice poem. Apparently they picked up were Vince and Brock left...

Yes, it was indeed at Clash of the Champions 30. A horrible show, by the way. I still can't understand the no selling of the flying elbow that Savage gave Hogan. The crowd thought Savage had turned, but the move apparently gave Hogan "strength" to fight the evil opponents. Geez… I heard that this incident was recently released. Does anyone have a clip?
-
Yes, I think he was. It's actually a mistake in the transcript. I'm pretty sure that Bobby Cruise said "Matt Borne [dramatic paus] The Original Doink The Clown". The Junkyard Dog was listed before or after Borne.

Steve Corino's ring introduction before his match against the drug free CM Punk in ROH:
-
I think that match might be the best example of a mixed reaction. You can't tell who's the face or the heel.
-
Great to see Corino back in ROH! He really is The King of Old School. He claimed that his feud with Homicide was over after the barbwire match, and he has denied a return to ROH in every single interview. Kayfabe lives!

I decided to upload four promos that Jim Mitchell cut when he was The Sinister Minister in ECW. Unfortunately, I don't have any other. I just love these promos and it's really a shame that this guy isn't a bigger star in the wrestling business. ECW on TNN - 03.10.00 ECW on TNN - 04.07.00 ECW on TNN - 04.14.00 ECW on TNN - 06.30.00 (right click, save target as, rename to .wmv)

There was a funny incident after the main event at Bash at the Beach '96. The match has been stopped, Savage has been destroyed, and the ref has been tossed out of the ring. Hogan legdrops Savage and goes for the cover. Nash decides that he will make the three count. He slowly gets down on his knees, raises his arm, and is just about to hit the mat when he looks up and realizes that Hall has already made a fast three count. Nash then has this priceless "I just fucked up" look on his face. So instead of making the count, he stands up, and raises his arms in victory. I thought it was funny at least.

I also liked New Jack. He was just... for real. And his stuff with Shark Boy was hilarious. I just had to upload their segment in the shark tank: Enjoy! (right click, save target as, rename to .wmv)

Cactus Jack/Maxx Payne vs. Nasty Boys from Spring Stampede '94. It's still awesome. Arguably one of my favorite matches ever.
-
Benoit/Malenko vs. Saturn/Raven By the way, Arn Anderson was great as a manager in that match. He should have that role in WWE.

That's one of my favourite moments, without ever actually seeing it. Enjoy! (right click, save target as, rename to .wmv)
