I finally had a chance to listen to The Piper At the Gates of Dawn yesterday and to be honest, I have no idea what all the fuss is about: his songwriting was very childish and the music was extremely unfulfilling in comparison to later Floyd. R.I.P anyway.

The Big Show tapped out to Chris Benoit on Smackdown back in 2003 - It was a match where the winner faced Kurt Angle who was champion at the time. Team Angle had just debuted a few weeks ago and they attacked Benoit after the match.

If this thread is still in effect then sign me up for an assesment.

This was my first exposure to post Velvet Underground or even VU in general and man do I need to get on that. David Bowie was the producer on this but really his influence cannot be heard too much throughout, Mick Ronson plays a much bigger role in the sound of the album: providing lots of lead guitar and piano parts. That all sets the scene for Lou Reed to write some strange lyrics - I know that its well documented but really this did catch me off guard lines like: "Candy came from out on the island In the backroom she was everybodys darling But she never lost her head Even when she was giving head" Of course to reduce the albums strengths to meer profanity would be silly but anyway, I have rambled on enough discuss the album in here.

I still want to see where the trail leads me.

This is awesome chants in general are terrible.

Blur: The Best Of is really awesome if you like Blur, it has all their music videos on it from She's So High to No Distance Left To Run. Unfortunatley, I don't like Blur.

Great is a massive stretch, but yeah the crowd is terrible. Really the crowd is pretty much encouraged to react the way they do by the way the company is marketed, which is depressing.
