There is no such thing as spot fat cutting. If you're generally showing fat on your body, there is now way to eliminate it from ONE area. People who try to exercise their "trouble spots" are fooling themselves. If you really work out your abs as hard as you say you do, they're probably pretty good muscles. But if they're under a layer of fat, they're just pushing that fat further forward.

Gamespot as a DR review out for the HK edition. Obviously they give a very basic review, almost as much time devoted to costumes, bowling mode omissions, and so on. But they did mention that the graphics are the same as the arcades, just in 1080p, if you have that. They also mentioned occasional if rare slowdown. From what I hear, this is an occasional problem on the PS3, which is has the same RAM as the Xbox360, but a much much more ponderous/resource heavy OS. Honestly, I fear that if gamespot noticed slowdown enough for them to mention it, anyone who actually cares about timing would be totally frustrated by this. *cough*

Injuries in Football is a whole 'nother situation. Not one that will be settled by playing less time. Frankly, I don't see them going away, ever, until they take away the pads, helmet, etc. and/or switch to fucking flag football...

If it's truly so fair, why settle it with a coin toss? Give it to the home team, or keep alternating. I don't know, either way, it would never work, because in sudden death the person with the first opportunity to score has an explicit advantage. Sudden death works in hockey because a faceoff determines who controls the puck, not a coin toss. Ultimately I would rather see ties, with OT in playoffs, same as basketball. Same as, I dunno, every other period in the game.

The 1/2 inning analogy is a good one. There is no fair reason for the opponents not to get a chance to match. I don't know the rules in hockey, but don't they have a faceoff? I'd rather see sudden death in that situation or a tipoff from basketball, where the posession is determined by something more solid than a coin toss. In other words, the outcome of the game should come down to more than luck.

oooh I forgot about the gravy. Yeah that's out, unless the "gravy" was less brown-based and more clear style. I mean, it's not like Broccoli can't use some spicing up. Agreed. Agreed again. For all reasons above. They rarely, rarely work. And few people will do something because they said they would on the first of January. People do things on a much, much more basic level. The popular one, the "get in shape one", is usually something accomplished by people who make good choices, not promises. And they're probably already in shape.

I just got my lucky hands on it. After playing Squash in Monkey Ball, and just about everything in Rayman, I am sooooo wanting one 10x more than I used to, and I already wanted one. It jumped ahead of 360 on my list, and I really want THAT for Mass [whatever]. But my god. Plus all the classic gaming? Nintendo really pulled it off, I tell you.
