  1. You guys keep saying this. Go watch his tag team matches with WGTT Vs. Los Guerrero or that Benoit match I suggested. Rheir weren't too many spots there. To compare Benjamin to Sabu is complete bullshit. Give Benjamin a good technical wrestler, and he will put on a good mat wrestling match. You are citing matches from a few years ago. What's a recent match that he's shown his fantastic mat skills in ? None, that's my point. The WWE have him resorting to spot wrestling, I'm just trying to defend Benjamin saying he can do more then just spot wrestling.
  2. I was just looking for an excuse, I'm just a bitter Eagles fan.
  3. Yeah I agree with Hawk. You got to introduce Tag Teams, not just slap 2 wrestlers together, only rare times does it actually work.
  4. I looked it up, he didn't suggest that either. Try again. Yeah I was wrong, that was iggymcfly. Sorry Hawk 34.
  5. You have to actually watch the match then just assumed. Benoit can carry a wrestler yes, but he didn't carry Benjamin. It was a mat wrestling match, and it was heavily praised by the fans on the net at the time, infact everyone wanted to see Benjamin/Benoit fued, but of course Benoit switched to Smackdown. And no, Benjamin was not overhadow by everyone else in his WGTT. He was a better worker then Haas. But whatever your entitled to your opinion. He is resorted to spot wrestling, because thats what the WWE wants from him.
  6. I'm the troll, yet go my post in the WWE forum about Shelton Benjamin and tell me who's following me and trolling me? The pot calling the kettle black, Leena. Ever heard of that saying?
  7. You guys keep saying this. Go watch his tag team matches with WGTT Vs. Los Guerrero or that Benoit match I suggested. Their weren't too many spots there. To compare Benjamin to Sabu is complete bullshit. Give Benjamin a good technical wrestler, and he will put on a good mat wrestling match.
  8. They have to do that in order to make the Cowboys a hot team, since they are in the same divison.
  9. Shelton has displayed his mat wrestling ability, like I said go watch his match with Benoit the few RAW's before WM21. Benjamin more then held his own with Benoit on the mat. Although it was short, it was a very good *** match. Even go back to his WGTT/Team Angle days, where he mostly was a mat wrestler, and had many good mat wrestling exchanges with both Chavo Guerrero and Eddie Guerrero. Benjamin has had good matches without a ladder. His match Vs. Orton, at Bad Blood 04 was a very good match, his matches with Christian were very good, his matches with Jericho were very good, his 1st match on RAW with HHH was very good and told a great story, he carried Carlito to problay his best singles match of his career.
  10. Joseph Addai I think is going to be a sleeper pick in the draft. He could be a franchise RB. But in all likelyhood in the real draft the Colts will get one of the 4 1st round RB's. I doubt the Ravens will draft a RB in the 1st round, espically since they resigned Jamal Lewis and signed Mike Anderson
  11. Because TO = Ratings and Exposure.
  12. Thats your opinion, although I strongly dissagree with it.
  13. I would have City of God in the Top 10. Amazing movie.
  14. I'm looking foward to tonight. I can only imagine Tito and Ken's arguements.
  15. As a former amatuer wrestler, I think I know what's good mat wrestling. You're treading some dangerous waters, that is, getting owned in the thread you started. And if you think WWE has good mat wrestling, then yes, you don't know good mat wrestling. No, I don't think WWE has good mat wrestling. But they have had good mat wrestling in the past. Benjamin/Benoit was good mat wrestling, Angle/Benoit RR03 was a mat wrestling classic.
  16. As a former amatuer wrestler, I think I know what's good mat wrestling. You wrestled amatuerly ? What state ? I don't live in the states. I live in Canada. I did amatuer wrestling through out Junior High and High School.
  17. Seriously how stupid can you get I said LATELY he has resorted to a Spot Wrestling style, but it's not all that he can do. Do you have a problem reading?
  18. As a former amatuer wrestler, I think I know what's good mat wrestling.
  19. I'm not denying that, but what irks me is people saying he is a bad wrestler and is nothing more then a spot wrestler which is not the truth. Can you re-read the sentence? Instead of trolling.
  20. That's the first time I can recall seeing an NFL team scheduled in 3 consecutive road games. Ouch. Yeah it looks like the NFL really wants the Eagles to fail, to help further the TO drama. Hopefully they can pull through.
  21. I'm not denying that, but what irks me is people saying he is a bad wrestler and is nothing more then a spot wrestler which is not the truth.
  22. I didn't mind Dam(o)nYankees, even though I dissagreed with him most of the time, from what I saw from him he stayed on topic.
  23. Well it's likely going to be RVD Vs. Shelton Benjamin, Carlito Vs. Chris Masters, Jamal(Can't remember his new name) Vs. Ric Flair, and possibly rematches of the Spirit Squad Vs. TBS/Kane and Mickie James Vs. Trish Stratus is some sort of gimmick match.
  24. For a year now, I've been hearing all these bullshit remarks regarding Shelton Benjamin. Many people have been critizing him, saying he is nothing more then a spot wrestler like RVD. That is the most bullshit, I think I've ever heard. Shelton Benjamin is a great mat/techincal wrestler, although he just resorts to spot wrestling because he wants to please the crowd. If you really think Benjamin is nothing more then a spot wrestler, I really suggest you look at his RAW match last year with Chris Benoit, right before WM21. That match displayed the best mat wrestling I've seen in the WWE since Angle/Benoit at RR03. Benjamin more then held his own with Benoit on the mat, and they match was fucking awesome, although it was short. Even go back to his WGTT/Team Angle days, when Benjamin's style for the most part was strictly mat wrestling. They put on great tag team matches with mat wrestling, just look at their matches with the Guerreros. Yes, Benjamin has resorted to spot wrestling, but to say he is "only a spot wrestler", is bullshit.
  25. Nothing wrong with the GM concept, I just don't like the GM being a main role in main event storylines, or the "HEEL" GM who screws everyone over. Bischoff when he 1st came to RAW was great, and was not overly heel. Then they turned him into a full blown heel.
