I'm heading to Boston on Friday and I'm going to atleast 2 of the Yanks/Sox games. edit: Also went to a Double A Trenton Thunder vs Portland Seadog game. I left early but I heard it ended up being the longest game in the history of the Seadogs I think.

They made the playoffs. That's MVP worthy. I don't have a problem with Jagr getting the Pearson, however. And Jagr was basically responsible for the career years of Nylander and Straka, and had a HUGE impact on Prucha's emergence. Nylander and Straka couldn't finish for shit, put an real goal scorer on his line that can actually finish and he would have had 150+ points.

But really, Jagr was the MVP. And I realize the playoffs aren't counted, but anybody who sawv the rangers in the playoffs could tell the Rangers were the worst team in the league without him.
