To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my favorite human stories of all time. And Bridge to Terabithia was depressing, but I liked it, because it was real life. Not all kids books are bunnies and cupcakes. People die. This is what happens when people die. I don't really remember this part of Bridge to Terabithia that's from the ALA website.
