It's funny, I always thought Lyons was terrible (and he's not anything great), but he's actually a decent commentator. He and Brenneman are ball-washing Atlanta's rookies and they help with getting Atlanta the three run homer.

Oh it's even worse for me (I'm a field tech for the Florida Lottery). So we get numerous stores that don't have an english speaking associate working there calling in. Instead of getting someone to try to talk them through the problem, they just open a repair ticket and I get sent out to power cycle a control center.

Toronto has defense, just no depth in it. Obviously every team needs to avoid injuries, but Toronto especially. I think the losses of Sundin and ONeill are going to hurt them for more than we think.

I have faith in the Red Sox, but it's more of a blind faith. The season swings with Wakefield. If he can go eight innings or so, they'll be fine. They have to stop swinging at first pitches and start working the count. Renteria swinging at the first pitch instead of trying to draw a walk or anything with Mr. Clutch Hit standing on deck really pissed me off. I think they'll force a game five. They are always tough at home and I know they don't want to get swept.

Bullshit call on Fitzgerald cost the B's the game. I liked the flow of the game, there was less holding and preventing guys from moving (Thornton was eating them up behind the net), but Murray must have missed the net at least five times. Bergeron looked fucking impressive and I was impressed with Boyes. Razor looked OK (he got beaten up over the shoulder which is his weak area and a third rebound shot by Ryder won it). Zhamnov and Scatchard were scratched and I think that effected the lines. Their presence will help with the depth. Leetch looked to have some legs left in his as well.
