Hawk- Do you see Kongo accepting a shot right after taking a fight and with roughly a month to train for Brock Lesnar? Cause I sure as hell don't.

Well if nothing else the Gonzaga/Carwin fight tomorrow night just took on quite a bit more importance. They could scrap Kongo/Hardonk in Montreal and give us Kongo/Brock.

Per Sam Caplan @ 5OuncesofPain A planned rematch between Brock Lesnar and Frank Mir for UFC 98 on May 23 that would have unified Lesnar’s UFC heavyweight title and Mir’s interim UFC heavyweight has been canceled. Multiple sources have confirmed to FiveOuncesOfPain.com that the UFC was recently informed by Mir’s camp that he has been unable to train recently due to a back injury that could require surgery. There is no word as to whether Lesnar will remain on the card against a new opponent or if he will be taken off the card entirely.

The heat and steam from the shower, at least for me can effect my breathing which in turn will force the heart to beat faster because my lungs are working harder then usual. I take scalding hot showers.

No real interesting notes from the press conference for the show aside from Dana stating once again that Jardine is a fool for not fighting Rashad. Also said that there's a good possibility that if Kendall loses on Saturday he'll be cut.

Never shit in the shower but piss, snot and spit are all fair game. I've rubbed one out in the show before but I've also felt like I was going to have a heart attack when doing it due to (like mellow mentioned) the high blood pressure I get.

I share with the two roomies but between us we've got - Foreman grill - Cast iron frying pan and non-stick frying pan - Dutch oven - Three med-large pots that are used for pasta's, vegetables, gravy's... Item in the kitchen that gets used the most is the big-ass frying pan one of us got last Christmas.

Gooseberry jam is really good.
