Smues- UFC 98 looks really solid and if you've never been to a live MMA show before they're a fucking blast.

Sadly this has already been green-lit for an American remake set to come out in 2010 called Let Me In. The director of Cloverfield will be doing it which means this will be a nice and safe PG-13 rating to minimize the backlash if it had stayed true to the source material and maximize profit. In regards to your last point Jinus, I dunno about that rumor. Voice sure sounded like a young girl to me but the scar thing makes sense I guess. I do want to check out the book now.

Without really getting too much into the plot it's a 2008 Swedish film about a 12 year old boy Oskar and his relationship with a new girl that moves into the apartment next door, Eli. Eli is a vampire. Came out on DVD this week. This was really fucking good, one of the better "horror" movies I've seen in a while. I use that in quotations because the film overall doesn't really make it's main goal to scare or terrify the audience so I'd call it more of a romantic drama with a supernatural influence to it. The two young leads were excellent, amazing work and when the dark stuff goes down it's done in a very unique way. Gives an interesting spin on the forbidden love romances that seem kinda par for the course when it comes to vampire works. Fantastic score to boot. Well worth a look. For those who did see it....

I was being facetious, plus it gave me a chance to mention that to the rest of the board, our folder is apparently full of shit posters. I got a vote from Czech which is more out of personal spite then him thinking I'm an actual bad poster. I'm pretty sure the KOAB ones are all jokes. EHME is the only guy that I think people seriously voted for and judging by how many he's got so far he might be on his way out.

That, to me will be the awesomest/most frustrating thing about the UFC game. I've heard of demo's where dudes get KO'd in 8 seconds but for some reason I don't see their submission engine being super-quick ie. an out-of-nowhere triangle. All the videos I've seen make the grappling look pretty deliberate.

I enjoyed it when I was a child but I haven't gone in at least 15 years and would probably decline an invitation, were one extended to me now. Unless it was on some pimped-out yacht and I could occupy myself with something other then actually fishing.

I honestly don't see the judges ever needing to use the veto vote on Adam or Danny. Those two are a lock for the top five, IMO.
