Nice callback to RC Cola. SODAS RULE!

After hanging with Orton for awhile he decided he didn't look bland enough to properly put over the tag team. Also, like HHH with Jericho, Edge sees Punk as a threat and is stockpiling tattoos to hurt Punk's "different look" appeal.

That was just a one game thing. He didn't run out a pop-up and stood in the box. He hasn't been productive at all from the plate and since Freel can play the field and Hamilton is playing quite well, moving Freel to 3rd might be the best option. They can move alot parts around but getting Hamilton as a regular starter right now is crucial. Can't just wait for Junior to tear another muscle or Freel to smash his face in diving for a pop-up in the first inning.

These two will shatter the Flair-Steamboat and Martel-Valentine record for most matches worked together by June.
-
I don't want to go on a bitter geniusmoment tangent but Hamilton really needs to be on the starting line up in any capacity. Disregard his "small sample size" and cite his lack of time and all the trumped up stats you want, he gets big hits when they need them and has tremendous discipline at the plate. I know it's a safe assumption that Freel/Griffey will open a spot for him soon enough but if it requires moving Dunn back to 1st to slide Hamilton to left leaving Conine as the bench player, then so be it. Just get him in.

They dropped Garrison quite some time ago. Weird, he has been around for about 4 years now and probably hasn't done a damn thing of note. Not unlike the Le Resistance people whom were all expendable and couldn't even tell the difference between in spite of the gimmick changes that were all remarkably similar to each other. Good thing they need him to fill a void with Murdoch and has the right connections or he'd been gone long time ago.

I wonder if UTSH can give us Torrie's W-L record in these beauty contests. She's gotta be 38-3-6 over the years.
-
Asian lettering is far more generic and trendy then anything else. White frat boys lining their fore-arms with Japanese symbols while having zero connection to the true purpose of the symbol is far worse.
-
Also, I'm impressed at how WWE manages to find different names and concepts for these "stand out and look hot for a few minutes in worked beauty contest until we do the post-match beat down with the main program" over the years. If I felt inspired, we could collaborate a list.

Give Eugene credit for sticking with the green slime jacket over the last two years. Hell, give him credit for staying employed.

Wasn't John Tenta's debut done in a similar fashion that being picked from the crowd. Not Quite. In Kayfabe he was supposed to be a plant that the opponent(cant remember who) pulled out I thought he debuted with Bravo, since he was the Canadian Earthquake and all. Savio Vega, was Razor's child hood friend which explained his presence.

They couldn't have done a worse job of cherry picking someone out of the OVW/DSW rosters to place in what would have to be a face gimmick. I mean, I know we're not supposed to take it seriously but he doesn't look like a "fan" and such. Hopefully, they will at least have him say he was a shoot fighter (which goes along with his OVW character) to explain why he held his own. Otherwise, just being a random fan won't cut it. At least it was an attempt to debut someone in a big enough way.

Sporting cartoon or any fictional character is just as lame and generic as tribal ink, especially random and pointless ones such as Street Fighter or shitty horror/comic book movie characters.

It wouldn't be easy, but as we've seen players like Benoit and Finlay despite not having great looks or high flash personality, they got over on skills alone. Danielson has shown more personality then Benoit ever has. Being close with Regal and Benoit can't hurt and being a huge favorite of Jim Ross is a feather in Danielson's cap. I want to see him run a couple more years at his current pace but once he turns 30, he shouldn't be around ROH. He has expressed interest in retiring young and leaving the business for good but I'd hate to see him leave without giving WWE a chance.
-
It seemed for awhile he was in pretty good shape but I guess he figured he'd get more roles being fatter or doesn't care. He's able to change pretty quickly, so he go either way depending on the role/his mood.

Those runners will see more rain tomorrow then they have in their entire lives.

I always enjoy Busy, she was great here. As usual, Drama and Turtle steal a show. The stuff with Ari and Lloyd was also good stuff and the E/Vince stuff seems redundant. We know they can't live without each other, did we need yet another episode devoted to that?
-
He spent a year wrestling some good talent and actually learned. This is a fairly typical process for young workers. He wasn't horrible but he wasn't exactly polished either. Wouldn't call him a high quality worker because he did well with Benoit but he's improving tremendously.
-
Very early in the show, she said she could go against patient-doctor rights if she felt she had to. Which is why Tony doesn't say everything in clear detail and dances around things.

This happened two seasons ago when Tony's cousin (Buscemi) killed Phil's brother. Phil wanted to kill him as payback (also threatened to take Chris out) but Tony did it himself on the porch. Phil can't let it go and probably never will. I liked tonight's episode. Last week aside from the brawl felt like a filler episode but tonight set things in motion and already started to take characters out. The idea that NY is in total chaos while Tony is running a smooth operation is interesting given the circumstances we saw just a couple seasons ago. I really enjoy how they make a point to show the difference between Tony and AJ regarding female issues. Tony would go nuts if he was getting that treatment from his girlfriend but AJ doesn't show a hostile hand but yet you see AJ still looks up to his father despite their complete differences. I do think Chris is going to crack about Ade sooner or later. Tony drawing back on his insecurities again is great as he's worried about his own immortality. Really, right now, who could step in his place? Paulie is old and too hot-headed. Sil can't handle that pressure. Christopher has other things on his mind. AJ isn't nearly ready for that world and never will be. Bobby wasn't even a captain and still lacks credibility to take charge in the eyes of the rest. I think they'll address that seriously in the weeks to come.

I've been greatly bothered by every announcer saying "Wearing #42 in honor of Jackie Robinson on Jackie Robinson Day" for each batter at every at-bat. I think people get it.
-
I think Danielson really only has a couple more strong years in ROH/NOAH at his pace and once that time goes, he really should be in WWE. He's too good for TNA. With the popularity he holds with key players in WWE, he'd be in good shape. People once thought Punk would be horribly used in WWE and that hasn't been the case. Danielson would fit in quite well with Smackdown's crowd and HHH loves Danielson's style. A younger version of Benoit would do wonders for him and the company.

Candice is one of the better female workers within the company and has posed for Playboy in addition to getting heat and still holds a job. Clearly someone at WWE is asleep at the wheel.
