In 2000, the title meant even less. Stephanie with the title was one of the better subplots of that entire era. The build to the title change was excellent and the match resulted in a fairly memorable moment at WWF's peak. Probably the last time a woman's match will ever be that important in WWF again save maybe for Mickie/Trish at WM22.

Remember when everyone watched Lita matches because of the thong shots. They took away the only redeeming factor of a Lita match. Lita needs to transition the title to Trish since they have that history and Trish lays down for Mickie in HER hometown at Unforgiven.

I should note that I approve of Mickie's hair tonight.

So is Jericho listed as a celebrity or singer? If Stacy can be considered celebrity for the DWTS, Jericho should be as well. However, he is a professional recording artist with multiple album releases... I guess celebrity. The commerical says "Wrestler Chris Jericho" That's gotta piss Jericho off. He hasn't wrestled in a year, hasn't considered returning to the ring and has been a regular on VH1, done parts in cable movies, has 3 albums to his credit and has been a theatre actor for awhile and he's still labeled "Wrestler".

Nonsense. Raven and Dreamer weren't the best wrestling matches or even brawls(some were just trash) but the crowd brought into it because of the story. Dreamer has always required a good story behind the match or a really sick brawl to make a match work. Test is actually a good heel and if they keep building this storyline with Dreamer beating the odds, it can make for a good moment. With stories designed like this, good workrate is not important. It's about storytelling and Dreamer is a great performer in that field.

WWE has too much stock invested in Cena and Edge to give Umaga a meaningless title reign, especially with the intent of "beating TNA to the punch" when only a fraction of the WWE fanbase are even aware of Samoa Joe's existance. It also indirectly makes it appear as if WWE observes TNA as a threat which WWE doesn't want to give them that type of rub. Umaga will probably get a title shot when Cena wins the title back but it'll likely end up as a plot point for the HHH/Umaga program.

It's pointless to set up a match for Umaga when the only purpose he has is being McMahon's attack man for DX. He'll just run-in during the McMahons/DX tag and set up the Umaga/HHH match at Unforgiven.

I can't believe Lita and Edge entered the hard streets of West Newbury, MA. That's hardcore.

I've been to 10 Reds games, 2 Indians games and a couple minors in Dayton this season. I miss being a season ticket holder. There's an outside chance I'll attend a Pirates game next month. I'd rather just take a tour of the ball park and avoid actually watching the Pirates play.
