It's HHH promo 101. I mean consider who scripts the promos and who he learned from, what would you expect. The difference is that HHH has the creative ability to improv if neccesary and can be all kinds of different characters(asshole, cocky jerk, cool, sympathetic, comedic), while Orton HAS to follow the script, no matter how poorly designed it is.
