Marlins KILLING Hampton in the 3rd. First two batters were put down by fly balls to the warning track and one of those was Al Leiter, and now they've put up 5 runs all with 2 outs. Hampton isn't gonna make 5 innings.

Well I got through it all once. Thumps up at this point. Gotta run into campus, so that will give me some time to listen to it on the iPod. I'm really liking it.

It came out today. Picked it up on iTunes with the exclusive track Tonight. It's double disc, and I'm not sure how the rest of the album is going to play out. But through nearly the entire first disc, I have to say that it's his strongest album since Gold. In fact, to this point I've enjoyed every song on the first listen. I'm writing a paper as I listen to it, and 90% of the time I zone the music out while I do it, but multiple times the music was so good I just had to stop and listen. It's much more like old Ryan Adams, I think. Anybody else hear it yet?

He's certainly starting to get back at Billy Beane for writing Moneyball! I think Michael Lewis should sue Joe Morgan just so he knows he exists. I saw this. It was about the kid who runs cross country despite being mentally retarded. He always falls down and gets injured but always finishes the race. It was a pretty interesting piece.

Audrey's outburst was certainly impressive, though. There were two other great scenes: Michelle and Tony after the phone call AND Edgar and Chloe talking about how maybe she would be shocked in a few days... and she replied, "Yeah, I hope so." It was exactly how I would imagine two people who have no clue about killing talking about it. Well acted on both ends. I guess I was wrong about Jack never messing up.

Hey, I liked the Bart is fat episode. When they redid the entire Simpsons beginning with the fat bart and he crushed Homer's car at the end... that was pretty funny.
