I'm already bored with R-Truth, and it looks like the writers are as well. Similarly it seems like the writers don't know when to end this MVP losing streak because it's gone on much too long now. I'm betting there is certain politics at play here more than an insulted piss tester. Kennedy is so damn lame now. Also why is he billed as Mr. Kennedy in the movie - it's silly. He has a first name in the wwe afterall. Hade Vansen's debut vignette came off as too theatrical in it's delivery. I wish he would have had a mask as well. Highlight of the show was the backstage bit with Kendrick, the Bellas, Carly and Primo and Big Zeke. The Primo vs Kendrick match wasn't half bad either. Too bad Kendrick loves his Mary Jane. Helms seems to be getting the Stevie Richards push given the story the commentators were trying to sell. I was a big fan before the injury, however not so much anymore. That back tattoo is just really, really bad. Benjamin needs to drop the US title - it's doing nothing for him, and he's doing nothing with it. Benjamin is a tag wrestler. How badass would a WGTT vs Miz/Morrison feud be? Throw in Lito and Primo, Kendrick and Zeke and the soon to debut Dh Smith and TJ Wilson team and you'd have a pretty damn good tag division. Benjamin was taken off ECW too soon as well, he was just getting his feet under him - another year there maybe with an ECW title run would have been beneficial to him. I think Christian will be the Hardy attacker. Little thing but Matt Hardy should have carried the belt outover his other shoulder to better model the t-shirt. Kozlov will probably win the ECW title at Armageddon and he should. Of course there isn't many faces in ECW right now. Kozlov's headbutt off the ropes is garbage. My how have Hawkins and Ryder have fallen. Soon to be unemployed is my bet. With the Bellas being paired with Carlito and Primo, Nattie soon to be paired up with "The Foundation", Maryse should really be added to the Miz/Morrison act - it is one way to mgive the fans reason to care about the SD! Divas. Eve is hawt. I don't know how they're going to book the 3-way at Armageddon, I mean Hardy can't take the pin, and I doubt Hunter will job either. Edge is going to retain though. Assuming they're setting up Edge vs Hardy to involve Matt and Christian, where does HHH go from here? Who does he feud with? Taker is heading into a program with Umaga. Big Show? Who would care about that? Maybe ship him back to Raw however then Jericho would be screwed...

I can't believe they tried to sell MVP his losing streak by saying "We were burned by Brock and Lashley and thus want to make sure you're in for the long haul before pushing you into the main event".

The Hade Vansen character that I was talking about above isn't wearing a mask, but the vignette does air on SD! this week. Wwe really underutilized masks and face paint these days. I'm on record saying I liked the Hardy face-paint, and don't understand why Mysterio is the only masked wrestler in the wwe. I gather the wwe probably wants to keep Mysterio special in the case of masks. It doesn't have to be a "Mexican heritage" mask, but rather a "hide my identity" mask for a heel or two. -

Also regarding the timing, why wait until after the holidays when the employee could spend money thinking they'll have a job only to be fired and no longer have the means to pay the credit card bills that start rolling in at the end of the month. It's not as bad with the wwe, assuming Snitzky gets the 3-mos "severance" deal... -

Source: PWInsider.com This sounds sorta like the angle/gimmick Mysterio was pitching for Low-Ki. Hade sorta works like Low-Ki and has a similar build and uses the double stomp "Warriors Way" move as part of his arsenal. I don't know what it means that Kizarny hasn't debuted yet and the wwe has already moved on to new character vignettes. Here is a couple pics of Hade Hansen from the latest FCW show - Also Ryan Braddock is being repackaged under an Elvis gimmick. I assume they're making a jumpsuit of sorts for Braddock, as this look is basically what he'd worn previously (save the sunglasses and sideburns) - -

Crummy time of the year to release somebody, but I guess he'll have his three months no-compete pay to rely on. Long overdue though, he had nothing to offer anymore, even in term of potential rub while jobbing. He would have been a much better candidate to have played "Fake Kane" than the wrestler now called Festus. I guess I'll have to choose a new "Wrestler who should be released" candidate... -

I believe Benoit (and Guerrero) took exception to Strikers Owen Hart impersonation (which he thought was being disrespectful) and kicked him out of the lockerroom perminently. Striker would have to change in stairwells for a time. -
Discussion: The Miz and John Morrison

As long as they don't make it a menage a trois situation. Make it a professional/friend set-up of "A-listers" hanging out with "A-listers". Now down the line Maryse could side with Miz and turn on Morrison and be beating on him and have Melina make the save to reunite Morrison and Melina. Sorta like a Savage/Sherri/Elizabeth from the crowd bit that is still one of my favorite WWF moments. I think the grouping would be brilliant though. However with McCool going heel, she's obviously going to be the alpha female heel. -

I wouldn't combine the titles, but have Miz and Morrison carry around the two titles a piece. -

Miz and Morrison should win both brands tag titles - give them some distinction for their greatness. This would open up the possibilities of triple threat matches with reps from each brand going after their brands title or even the potential for Miz and Morrison to have to defend the titles twice in one night - once against the SD! No.1 contenders and then against the Raw No.1 contenders. -

Folks put up with JBL's bullying because the wwe is their dream job. -
Kozlov makes sense in that he's been feuding for the heavyweight title. Kofi had legitimate claim seeing as he's been IC champ and is current Tag champion - but he was hotter when feuding with Benjamin in ECW. Raw's undercard is always neglected, almost criminally. Bourne was derailed by his injury, but still would have finished third. R-Truth will probably be introduced as "Slammy Award Winning Artist", I can't believe Jillian Hall wasn't included as a nominee. Maybe they wanted the categories to have some semblance of legitimacy.

Does HBK work house shows? In the very least he's on a reduced schedule, and the wwe probably wants their Champions everywhere and doing appearances. -
Okay I actually missed a whole bunch of category nominees - Best wwe.com exclusive * Cryme Tyme's "Word Up!" * The Miz & John Morrison present "The Dirt Sheet" * "Santino’s Casa" * "Outthink the Fink" The Dirtsheet wins easily. Though I could certainly do without the fart jokes, but they're playing to their ultimate audience of one (and Vince loves his fart jokes). Breakout star of the year * Kofi Kingston * Vladimir Kozlov * Evan Bourne * Ted DiBiase This is interesting. Dibiase doesn't have a chance, but outside of him, I could see any of the other three getting it. Koslov is main eventing/challenging for World Title, Kofi was hot as hell in ECW feuding with Benjamin, though the move to Raw derailed him to a large extent, he did win the IC and tag title. Evan Bourne was an instant hit, standing out even when he debuted as Matt Sydal. Best Musical performance * R-Truth's entrance (SmackDown, Sept. 15) * Santino rapping to Akon (Raw, Nov. 17) * Edge singing “Heaven” to Vickie (SmackDown, Feb. 15) * The Miz & John Morrison Rap ("The Dirt Sheet," Aug. 29) R-Truth will probably get it. Though I could see Santino piling up the Slammies because he could probably do most with them given his character. Of course not getting any would work for him as well. No Jillian? Maybe she'll crash the segment. Announce team of the year * Jerry Lawler & Michael Cole * Jim Ross & Tazz * Matt Striker & Todd Grisham WWE announcing sucks right now. Specifically the PBP announcers. JR is solid, if unspectacular, Cole is simply horrid and Grisham is just there. The ECW crew gets the nod for Striker alone. He'll be ruined once Vince starts paying any attention to the brand though. Best impersonation * Charlie Haas as "Haas" Hogan (Raw, Oct. 13) * Charlie Haas as "CHL" (Raw, Sept. 8) * Charlie Haas as "The Glamahaas" (Raw, Oct. 27) * Charlie Haas as Mr. Perfect (Raw, Sept. 22) Glamahaas. I actually hated the Mr. Perfect segment, Haas Hogan would probably be my second choice. I could see Haas Hogan winning because the wwe might want to take shots as Hogan as things between the wwe and Hogan seem to be heating up a bit.

I think the face paint helps Hardy. Gives his character a little more edge to it; certain darkness. Nobody uses face paint in the wwe anymore, so it's something different. He sweats like crazy though, so it looks like shit right soon in the match. -
I believe it's only an hour show because it's airing on NBC.
