Today's episode was good, even though a repeat, it proves how strong this season really it.

 

I like the UperVamp much more than Caleb. I guess that is because we know more about the Up, I guess.

How fitting is it that the final villain on a show that created it's own mythology...yet avoided the topic of the existence of a God altogether...would be a religious woman hater...on a show that is often labeled as feminist?

FINALLY! I saw the Uber-vamp episode. I am almost fully caught up. Man, a LOT of pieces were put together with THAT show and totally makes this season 'click'. Good stuff.

 

BPS - that isn't fitting at all... which I suppose fits in a show that doesn't fit.

I didn't like the Ubervamp that much either. His design wasn't that great. I remember when he first appeared and I was all "Well, he sure looks dumb."

 

Though I will say again, like I did months ago when tonight's ep first aired, that jumping off the wall spinning kick he gave to Buffy was badass.

Well, the Master was around for a long time, I don't know how old he was. The Ubervamp was just as old, so it would make sense that those two looked alike.

 

I am still on the ropes about Caleb, once I leran more about him, then I might like him. He is a badass, and it is ALWAYS good to see Buffy get her ass beat.

"Superstar"...great episode. I think the best part is that they worked multiple Jonathan shots into the opening theme

So I FINALLY finished downloading "Dirty Girls," and I got to say I loved it. Caleb was nothing like I pictured (never saw Firefly, didn't know what he looked like) and I got to say the small, Southern-boy preacher gimmick just WORKED. The way he killed 2 potentials without any effort (along with the way he handled Buffy and Spike) was just awsome, I loved how he threw in those non-chalante quips. And poor Xander! Damn, that was cold. Now I'm looking forward to the final episodes. Ironic note: Xander was saved by Spike, probably the one person he hates the most. Hows that for a twist of fate?

This is just a bump in disguise. 4 straight weeks of Buffy starting this Tuesday, then it's all over.

Yeah, I think by now Joss has managed to work up something good that should please most Buffy fans.

 

They're showing an episode on my Fox station now, debut of Glory.

 

Buffy: "You better tell me what you're doing out here in 5 words or less right now!"

I was just on Kazaa goofing around and I typed in "Buffy empty places"...and a file came up, about 70,000+ Kb, it appears to be the whole episode.

 

If I had cable I would check for myself to see if it's the real thing. Sometimes episode leak there first. But I'm only on 56K, so by the time it finished it would air already, plus I gotta tape it anyway.

I did pop when Spike got out of the wheelchair at the end of "I Only Have Eyes For You." Spike season 2 was evil...but Spike season 5 was a funny bastard.

I found it and downloaded, but it ended up being the episode from earlier this season with Andrew and his camera, whatever it was called. And even then, the video stream stopped for me something like two seconds into the 'Previously' segment.
