Don't visit it again, don't post again, don't come back with a different name, and for fuck's sake, don't post some useless "farewell post"; it's self-serving bullshit that is unnecessary. People do it to see how many people reply to it to boost their sense of self-worth...and then come back a week later. All that asking to have your account deleted does is bring you attention...attention you obviously crave, otherwise, you'd have gone past the 3rd grader mentality and just left the board. That's something a lot of people could learn from. Don't make a big deal out of leaving a message board; it's a message board. Just stop posting, stop visiting, and do something else with your time. But if he thinks that the only way to get under people's skin was to make a joke about Wahoo McDaniel when he passed away then he did a fine job of it. The comment was out of line and down right offensive to someone like me that followed Wahoo's career and had the opportunity to meet with him in person several times.
