I may be grasping at straws and I did say I was wrong about the bannings. But I did see a thread about a week or so ago from a while back with a guy named Austin420, I think, now all that was said is that he was banned for somthing he did in the WWE folder, but it never was explained why. So there is your example cobain.

KOR is dead on here with his assessment about Marney and her posts. Marney was eons more brutal to rubes that did not know what they were talking about while blowing smoke out of their ass's than Chris could ever be. I respect both Chris and Marney because they knew what they were talking about. If you ask anyone on this board, they were the backbones to their respective folders (Marney CE; Jubuki Puro) and without them those folders would most likely end up like the Porno folder which relied on CJ to keep it going when that was not his job at all.

Jingus, if you think that Coey calling you "son" shows more of a lack of respect than you need to go back into the CE folder and see what Marney told you to do when she told you that you were wrong about your mom's line of work. She told you to "get your head out of your ass" and if I’m not mistaken you were an admin at this time when she told you that.

You used this logic with Marney but you did not use this with Jubuki. You have had a long and drawn out vendetta against Coey that goes all the way back to the old Smarks EZ Board. You never felt vindication for your points in the Kawada thread that questioned his ability as being one of the greatest professional wrestlers’s of all time. When this debate with Marney went down, you let her off with a one-line reply that signaled the end to your debate. You realized that neither of you was going to change your views and you politely ended the debate. That was admirable. Yet you continue to argue with Coey over various topics in the Puro folder when you know that he will not change his mind and feel as if you need to prove him wrong or make him admit that he needs to change his opinion.

 

You and Coey are both very opinionated people and are willing to back up your points when called into question. Both of you possess a remarkable knowledge about professional wrestling that not a lot of other posters can share. Many people here also respect both of your opinions on topics that deal with wrestling and sometimes look for the two of you to speak out on a matter just so they can compare notes or base their own opinion off of your own.

 

Nearly all of Chris's posts are from the Puro folder and he has stated several times in the past how he mainly sticks to posting in and reading the Puroresu folder. You should know by now that when you go in there to post or read a thread, you are most likely going to see Coey somewhere in there. Instead of avoiding him and getting into another pissing match with him, you post in the Puroresu folder with full knowledge that Coey is likely to respond to the thread. If you can not stand Coey and his attitude (which he has always had) then do not post in the folder if you can not move on from reading one of his posts without getting frustrated.

 

Chris does treat a lot of the newbies that come into that folder rough but I can understand his annoyance. Repeating yourself time after time becomes frustrating and very counter-productive as you are just repeating yourself with out moving on to another topic. When a newbie has started another thread that asked for the 7th time why Misawa and Kawada is considered one of the greatest matches of all time, it becomes a cycle. I doubt that Coey comes here to post to read the same thing he posted earlier for the 12th time. Chris should not have to go back and pull up an old thread in response to someone asking why Keiji Muto sucks the big one. He has contributed more than enough to the Puro folder and should not have to hold everyone's hand. If the newbie is not willing to take the time to go back and look through past threads and see if the subject has already been discussed then they are open for criticism. Chris has the right to call the poster lazy or ignorant due to the amount of time he took to put his posts together while some lazy ass wrote a one liner asking what is the Stretch Plum. If the poster has a question than their best bet is to go back and see what they can find on the topic and then ask the question if they felt it was not covered well enough in the original thread.

 

Coey is a person that does not tolerate ignorance from peoples who are too lazy to go out and do their own research. A"What are Kenta Kobashi's best matches" thread can only go so far. Soon those types begin to overtake the folder and lead to numerous "Ask Coey/Wolverine/Cooke" threads that become very old and repetitive after a while because no one else is willing to go and out and do some research.

I'm not sure where I mentioned Chris's name in that thread but I did not see anyone else bring him up except you. You only wanted to discredit Coey for some argument you two had at the old Smarks EZ Board which had nothing to do with our debate in the Comics folder.

You should be above this petty flame baiting in folders outside of NHB. You need to get over your argument with Coey from last year and just let this thread be the final say on it. I commend you for taking your rebuttal to Chris into the NHB folder, which spared any posters in the Puro folder the annoyance of having to sift through you and Chris's responses to one another. But the way you have conducted yourself on this board with your cheapshots against Coey over the last couple months is disheartening.

EDIT: Kingpk, I just read the entire thread in that link, and I must say he was justified in his arguement. No question. Anglesault started it with him to start with. Then Mulatto Heat started up where Angleplex left off. Basically it seemed he had opinion and no one agreed with him so there started to dimiss his opinion. That was wrong. His has as much of a right to his opinion as they did to theirs. Thanks again for this Kingpk, I was right the first time I said it.
