That's why this is my first reply: I'd said my piece. I saw no reason to speak again, and probably won't again in this thread. And secondly, no, I didn't get Teale to "fight my battles for me". He's a friend of mine, yeah, but it's not like I ran crying to him to use his mighty words to defend me against the evil people who are typing naughty things about me on a message board. I pointed him to the thread, he read it, formed his own opinions, cursed a lot, and then wrote what he did. If you've got a problem with him, take it up with him, not me. But he can also be destructive, and drop huge radioactive flames just because some one made an offhand comment about the Roman Military (Seriously, he compared me to Rosie O'Donnell WTF ?) But at the same time, sometimes a nuke is necessary, and an F K Teale post can do what no other post can do, end an argument by totally destroying one side (extended metaphors RULE!) During a weaker moment this past summer, I let myself get all bent out of shape cuz of a FKT post. But I was stupid then and took too much shit TOO TOO seriously. In the broader picture he is well spoken individual whose eloquance (sp) is sorely missing what with his rarity and Marneys departure (although one can hope that after the honey moon she'll find she has time to post once again) and the board could use more people who will write out the word people, even if they use it in a flame. About the topic at hand, I don't like Taue much at all, nor any of that AJPW stuff, and I consider the ROH AD/Daniels/Low-Ki stuff better. But I've been told I don't "understand" it, and I seriously don't need to be told I'm dumb by an entire folder. Mods do deserve respect for taking their time to try to make this place work, but one should not demand respect just because one is a mod. I'd agree with Jingus simply because Chris was being a total dick, but in terms of being right I'd say it's a toss up considering the argument is over preference of a move (but Taue is the Jap Sid Vicious ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
