Maybe I'm just being an asshole but the rib on TE3 was very mean and rude. I'd walk off that show if someone pretended to be crippled just to play a joke.

I don't see any way, in which Matt can fall behind Jonah. Matt's definitely not out-classing him, but he definitely needs to make a HUGE mistake to have Jonah pass him. Jonah could be this season's Maven, or this season's Hawk.

That rib was PRICELESS though. I was torn between "unfunny" and "tasteless", until Matt broke down at the end. Then, it became a "one-of-a-kind" rib.

yeah i thought that the rib was great, but when matt broke down at the end and said the word "brother" i got a sinking feeling in my stomach that he was going to say something about his OWN brother being crippled as well, and thats why he cried so hard. i was relieved when it wasnt that, but it would have been fucking TERRIBLE if he told that to jonah, because than the joke would go to "utterly tasteless"

That was a great rib. It was funny to see how all of the TE3 members opening up. Great rib.

 

On the other hand.......it really sucked to see Scott go. He had the potential, but he can't get the moves right. It was entertaining to see Scott.

The best part of the rib was when one of the guys said "I really thought you were an asshole" and they showed Big laughing his ass off. I laughed my ass off there.

That rib, as everyone has said, was hilarious! I died laughing the entire time, especially watching everyone cry. Yes, the trainer were in on it.

I thought it was funny, although I see why Jonah started to feel bad halfway through it.

 

As far as Scott, the only reason he even made it as far as he did was because the TV-production people wanted to keep him around for drama. That's how it is now. The wrestling people want to cut the kids who aren't skilled, and the TV people want to keep the people who make good TV conflicts. That's why Darryl lasted more than three days on Tough Enough 1, and why Scott wasn't cut earlier. But as soon as the people in the house started to like Scott and he caused no more problems, they were OK with cutting him.

 

Now, with that in mind, how fucking funny would it have been if Darryl from TE1 pulled off the Jonah rib?

Same here, man. I didn't get to pay close attention to last night's show, so I didn't know if I missed anything important, but I was really scared they were going to cut the lovely Kelly.

 

Jonah's rib was pretty tasteless, and I'd be pissed at him if I was on the show. It was touching to see people's genuine emotions though. I really do hope Jonah and Matt win this one. Hell, they even have 2 possible built in angles for them once they get on TV- Best friends who are tag team partners, or a feud since Matt can be pissed at Jonah for putting him through that rib.

Supposedly there is a big shocker on TE3 at the end of the season. Any early speculations as to what it is about?

 

Also, I read one of the females on the show reveal to everyone that they only tried out for TE3 to be on television. I read that Big Sexy gets PISSED. My early prediction is that Kelly is the one who reveals this as she was pursuing a career in acting before the TE3 started. Any other predictions?

I love the personalities of this season's cast. They may not have the greatest athletes or wrestlers but they sure are an entertaining bunch.

 

I wonder if Scott will ever amount to anything in this business.
