I can certainly buy RVD being stuck in an angle with Kane and working in filler tag matches.

 

I can certainly buy the Jericho/Michaels feud being dropped before a non-Kliq member gets over on RAW.

 

And it doesn't even surprise me that Booker/Goldust v. Jericho/Christian would get pushed aside for a Steiner/Triple H segment and some ridiculous tag match involving Jim Ross.

 

But it seems wierd to me that they would waste Steiner and Triple H's first physical encounter on some silly arm wrestling match after last week's stare down. And it's even wierder that Triple H gets beat like bitch and doesn't get his heat back.

 

If these are real, they would have been better off doing another Best Matches of the Year special.
