If WWE is going to do RAW/Smackdown only PPVs, then they better go back to the 2 hour, $20 dollar style. There is no way in hell I'm going to pay $35 for a PPV with an undercard of Test vs Jeff Hardy.

I would pay for A-Train vs. DeMott over the RAW main events.

Rhyno is supposed to join the RAW crew in a few weeks and possibly have a feud with Test.

What booker did he harm?

Steph probably feels he looks too much like HHH, what with that long hair of his.

And it's also a political move so neither belt looks better than the other. They can't justify Triple H v. Nash or Steiner as the main event. And if Angle/Lesnar was the main event, then it would make Angle's title look more prestigious than Triple H's.

I think this is perhaps the most logical - and likely, accurate - explanation.

I am strongly getting intrigued by the lack of Possiblities for Triple H at WMX9...and it shocks me more that HHH, the most controlling kingpin in WWE hasn't manipulated Vince into getting him the Brock/Angle push. I am really starting to feel that Trips is looking to have Buddy Kevin or a Quick painless fued with RVD again.

I am kinda losing interest in the whole 10 main event card we seem to be getting...

I seriously think WWE will wind up killing the crowd with all these "dream" matches.

It's interesting seeing you guys already fret about order of match 6 weeks early.

If Trips was really smart...He HAVE Brock/Angle as the final match after the crowd dies from the REAL main event (Either Rock/Berg or Austin/Rock).

But you see, Triple H also is thinking that the crowd might actually feed off of one of those matches, and build into the Brock/Angle match, thus the crowd is even hotter.

At least, that might be his thinking... Considering this guy really has nobody to face him.

But don't you think he'll remember how heatless his Main event match was because of the depleted crowd after Rock/Hogan? So maybe he figures if He goes 7th in a field of 14...Rock/Austin or Rock/Berg goes 10th...He'll look better because he will assume like last year the crowd will be exhusted for Brock/Angle.

I don't think He'll complain about His match being in the middle, because Flair's lone WM was a Midcard match and that didn't hurt the guy either. All He needs to do is decide WHOM he wants to beat at Mania. If you believe that he is gonna lay down at Mania, think again.

If HHH's mindset was right, He'd have RVD be his Job boy for Mania...Why? It'll finally kill RVD's underdogs status...and if he does lay down for RVD...Angle/Brock, McMahon/Hogan, Rock/Austin and the likely **** Benoit/Edge match will overshadow RVD's win.

I'd rather HHH go over Kane at Mania and let RVD save himself from more embarassment.

Idea!

Tomorrow - Jericho beats Steiner with HHH's help.

No Way Out - Jericho beats HHH

Wrestlemania - Fatal 4 Way Jericho / HBK / HHH / Steiner

Of course that probably will suck overall as a match but it wouldn't be that bad. Im also guessing it won't happen exactly like that (see Jericho beating HHH) however the Mania match is still easy to set up regardless..

Let me get this straight. Hogan just went to smackdown. Rock just went to smackdown. If they have Austin-Rock the only way to build up drama is to have them be on the same show so that means Austin goes to smackdown.

So lets see here Austin and Rock and Hogan all go to smackdown and raw gets no one.

Raw is the show that really needs talent. Yep this sounds about right for WWE booking.

Nah...I think HBK/Jericho will stand alone better, although if you put those four together...HBK goes over pinning Jericho.

Me thinks this is what we get...Test costs Jericho the match. Steiner faces HHH...HHH destroys him. Test Vs Jericho...Jericho wins and gets into a HUGE brawl with Commentating HBK after match...

If Nash, doesn't return by then...Booker or RVD challenge HHH....They get Squashed at Mania. Jericho lays down to HBK. Jericho/HBK rematch at KOTR...Retirement match...Jericho loses...Moves to Smackdown and Jobs to Atrain.

Which I just don't get. Goldberg/Rock makes sense somewhat with the whole, Hogan brings Goldberg in to protect him storyline.

Austin.HHH seems logical with the Raw magazine...It gives someone for HHH to play with before he injures himself again.

Consider this sequence....

1. Austin comes back to goad and taunt Triple H for being a sissy with his thigh injury.....Triple H and Austin face off at WM, with Austin going over (subversively, this is to see who will chase the WWE World Titleist over the next few months)

2. Brock goes over Angle in the Main Event cleanly, pretty simple.

3. Austin gets put into a feud with Benoit until KOTR while Eddy gets put with Brock until that time as well. At KOTR, Austin controversially (somehow) beats Benoit to become #1 contender for World Belt at Summerslam (Throughout the entire feud, Austin acts more like a heel). Brock beats Eddy in the WWE Title Match, faces Austin at Summerslam.

4. Have Angle in a feud with Triple H, which would turn Angle face because Triple H would act like a chicken shit heel instead of the uber dominant roid boy. Angle beats Triple H at Summerslam to end the feud.

5. Jericho also ultimately goes over in the feud with Shawn Michaels, getting him the rub he reaaaalllly deserves.

6. Meanwhile, Austin and Brock are taunting each other, with Brock acting cocky, claiming Austin doesn't have it in him and he'll destroy him, but Austin is built as the highly dangerous wrestler, and during the feud to SS, gets the upper hand on Brock, slowly turning heel somehow. Austin also controversially beats Brock for his 7th World Title. Heel turn in definite effect.

7. Jericho goes on to feud with Brock for a couple of months. Meanwhile, Angle gets into a program against basically Eddy w/Benoit (Angle is face, Eddy and Ben. heels). Angle ends the feud by eliminating them at RR and winning it, thus becoming #1 contender. World Title match at WM is a match between Austin and HBK, settling their differences once and for all. Again, Austin somehow pulls out a win. Angle vs. austin at WM.

8. The WM XX overall is built as the ppv to signal the next era. Takes place in MSG, for historical purposes. Angle vs. Austin becomes a submission match. Neither gain the upper hand in the road to WM. Angle and austin have a mindblowing match with no interference. Angle uses the Sharpshooter to try and get Austin to quit-as Austin bleeds-but Austin does a heroic stand and breaks it (a la Bret/Austin, getting a pop from the fans somehwat). Yet when everyone thinks Austin is gonna win, Angle gets ankle lock, Austin taps, Angle new champ, new #1 guy for WWE.

*I know I went into a lot of detail and I went far ahead, but if Vince plays his cards right this WM, some of this stuff can happen at least, which would be beneficial.*

I wanted to read that and like it...but I got confused right off the bat...U seemed to have some trades or something...

Wow...I hadn't even thought of that.

While it's likely that HHH will finally job at Mania, that job will be completely overshadowed by all the other stuff going on (assuming he doesn't face Austin). So if he lays down for RVD, or even more unlikely, Booker...in the end, it means nothing since no one will remember it.

Blech...

Sorry man, I guess I got a bit carried away. But for the stuff I said to work, I guess Triple H's belt would have to be axed, and so would the split. Shit, they should do that anyway.

Well, it sure seems there are only a few definite things this year, with Brock beating Angle and Hogan beating Vince. But what is definately true is that will we be overflowing with big names, which I can't say I am against. Put 27 main event matches out there and make this event seem really special, because the shit we've been putting up with has been getting ridiculous.

Yeah...I am still wondering if WWE plans on just MUSHING all the midcarders in 6 Way Dances and Tags?

I am convinced WWE wants 7 main events...

and Two HUGE Multiple Tag matches and a Battle Royale.

^^^^I agree fully.

We've put up with enough stupidity. Just give us something outstanding for a change.

Edit: The second part is against the WWE pulling something like that.

I am just asking for the **** Angle/Brock, **** Austin/Rock, **** Benoit/Edge and the **** Team Angle/Eddy/Chavo Vs Cena/Dogg Vs Mysterio/Kidman, **** HBK/Jericho match.

That there is worth the price of admission and then add the SUPERHYPE of Hogan/Vince...could be a PERRFEECT show.

Ah but you see! This is the WWE! It's too simple, and makes too much sense for that to happen! Thus they'll totally not do something like what you just said.

Eh...Don't bring me down. They always have HHH, Steiner, Batistia, Atrain, DeMott to ruin it all.

Exactly why I said it's too sensible.

The WWE must put on anything that detr... destructs the overall value of any great card. Which would be those that you mentioned.

There is too much potential there not to have a decent, if not short, undercard.

Team Angle vs. Eddie & Chavo ... It's too soon to put the gold on the youngsters, so it better not happen at Smackdown. However, keep the rivalry going and have them take the gold at Mania in what could very well be one of the best matches of the night. They've been tearing the house down at recent house shows.

Benoit vs. Edge ... Great potential there, although if this were fantasy land where any Raw guy could face any Smackdown guy - I'd have to go with Edge vs. RVD. They had some great champion vs. champion bouts in the later part of 01. And since Edge gets an interpromotional match, so does Benoit. Benoit decapitates Triple H and wins the Raw world title.

Rock could easily become a floater in the role of "Vince's boy" and work SmackDown and RAW if they feel like it. All the rules they have set up have been for the GMs... but Vince has overriding power over them and can do whatever he wants.

I'm probably the only person who thinks so, but I am so not hyped up over Team Angle taking on the Guerreros. TA just spend way too much time taking holds right now and don't add the little extras that make those holds interesting in an Arn Anderson / American Dragon kind of way. And that mat work is sure to slow down The Guerreros too much when they need to keep the pace up to keep the interest flowing.

What they need to do is make Angle/Lesnar third from the top to heat up the crowd... Austin/Rock second from the top to blow the roof off the place... and a three-way between HHH, Nash, and Steiner as the main event so the crowd can boo them all out of the building and Crips will have no excuses B-)

What you mean, He could EASILY say that the other matches killed the crowd for his SUPER MAIN EVENT...Your idea only helps HHH's arguement.
