Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 13, 2003 Angle's been injured, bit hard for a man on crutches to go over a monster like Lesnar. He's on crutches again? Silly me, I thought the crutches have been gone for like, three, four weeks. Angle will get the better of him either next week or at NWO. His 3 on 1 advantage should see to that. Like this week! Where Brock took them all out by himself! Or last week, where he got Haas and Benjamin. Or the Rumble, where he eliminated them both. Or the week he broke Angle's leg. He had to go up again the champ and the former champ. That was no problem.
Guest Nanks Report post Posted February 13, 2003 I didn't suggest Angle was still on crutches. Lesnar doesn't take out Angle this week. He takes out Team Angle when they run down to protect Kurt. I've got no problem with him demolishing the rookie tag team, he's a monster. Yeah, I already said, he had to take out Kurt's leg because of his real-life surgery. Lesnar so far has a physical upper hand. But you just watch, he's going to turn this into an Intelligence lesson for Team Angle. Lesnar hasn't touched him since he hurt his knee
LaParkaYourCar 0 Report post Posted February 13, 2003 Well someone needs to tell the announcers to say something about that, because as it stands now if I were a mark or casual fan I wouldn't give Angle a snowball's chance in hell.

Lesnar picks Angle up for an F5 against the ring post but Haas and Benjamin come down to stop it.

Guest EternallyLazy Report post Posted February 13, 2003 Maybe they're just doing all this to make the match at Mania seem predictable... so that Angle can win and shock us all. nah...

Now Lesnar has injured Angle, taken out Team Angle on every turn, and now attacked Angle again only for Angle to be saved by Team Angle. So Angle looks like a guy who gets beaten by Lesnar each time and has to be saved by a team who has been beaten by Lesnar even more.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted February 13, 2003 Only RVD got less offense in a feud with Lesnar. And Brock was a heel then.
