What's that you ask, here are some suggestions on what to do with the roster, and you can add things as we go along: Who should be fired? Paycuts? Ideas? Trades? Ship off to OVW? Misscellaneuos? BOOKER T- Push into the Main Event scene, repeated Main Event matches on Raw. BRADSHAW- Fire or re-team him with Faarooq and bring back the APA BUBBA RAY DUDLEY- Keep him with D-Von and turn them Heels. Have them wrestle "technical" and forbid to use Tables anymore to create Heel heat. CHIEF MORLEY- Keep him as a wrestler only. CHRIS JERICHO- See Booker T. CHRIS NOWINSKI-Send down to OVW for some seasoning. CHRISTIAN- Have him be a follower of The Rock and try and be more aggressive but always screwing up. Similar to Matt Hardy/Shannon Moore on Smackdown. D-VON DUDLEY-See Bubba Ray Dudley. ERIC BISCHOFF- Keep him as the smarmy heel commish. GOLDBERG- Let him run in on random matches and spear people. GOLDUST- Give him back his gimmick he had when he re-debuted vs RVD. IVORY- Ship to Smackdown. JACQUELINE- Fire. JAZZ- Have her feud with Victoria over Stevie. JAMAL- Send to OVW for more seasoning. JEFF HARDY- Fire KANE- Push him as the monster he was back in 1998. Keep him silent and demolish people to build up to a feud with Goldberg. KEVIN NASH- Keep him as a Bodyguard role for Chris Jericho ala the early HBK/Diesel years. LANCE STORM- Ship to Smackdown for Chris Kanyon. LILIAN GARCIA- Keep as ring announcer or something. LITA- Keep as an MFer, ship to Smackdown for Torrie Wilson. MAVEN- Send to OVW or keep him on Heat. MOLLY HOLLY- Have her feud with Trish over the prestige of the Womens Title. RANDY ORTON- Have him team up with Nowinski down in OVW for a while. RIC FLAIR- Have him feud with Triple H as his "Retirement" Feud so we can see if HHH will be motivated to be Flair or not. BATISTA- Basically does an enforcer thing and squashes jobbers. BOOKER T- Main Event, baby. BRADSHAW- Jobs. If he doesn't like that, he's gone. BUBBA RAY DUDLEY- What else? Tag matches. CHIEF MORLEY- Continues to be an irritating douche who screws over midcarders. CHRIS JERICHO- Also makes main event after disposing of HBK. CHRIS NOWINSKI- Trains at OVW and does Raw until he's good enough to be pushed to the upper midcard. CHRISTIAN- Force him to quit the restholds and start putting on exciting singles matches like I'm pretty certain he can. Once he does this he's rewarded with a serious character and a gradual main event push. D-VON DUDLEY- See Bubba. ERIC BISCHOFF- He's Eric Bischoff, dammit! I see no reason to change anything there. GOLDBERG- Is kept around until he is FORCED to job to either Jericho or another heel I'm building up to give them a lot of heat. He is then promptly fired. GOLDUST- *Sigh* He can stay, but he will vanish for a couple months and return as the Bizarre One once more. IVORY- Announcing and the occasional womens match. She'd do so much better on Heat than Lita it isn't even funny. JACQUELINE- The jobber of the womens division. JAZZ- Wins the belt and rules the Women's Division with an Iron Fist until someone else, preferrably Gail Kim, beats her and gets over on that. JAMAL- Kept around to keep the Raw Tag Division solid. 3MW will basically be semi-jobbers. JEFF HARDY- Given time off. Like five months. KANE- I'd keep him with RVD for a couple months, and then turn him heel and be a monster again. KEVIN NASH- Stays around, but if he stirs up things, he's out. LANCE STORM- Welcome to the midcard, Lance. That or he team with Regal when he returns. LILIAN GARCIA- Eh. I say Lillian is put on Heat and The Fink gets Raw. LITA- Away from the damn announce table. She'll do fine as the newest Mattitude Follower, and will be a parody of Hardy Boy fangirls. MAVEN- Works Tag Division with Al Snow. MOLLY HOLLY- I'd change nothing, I'd just let her win more. RANDY ORTON- When he comes back he gets a solid midcard push. RIC FLAIR- Managing. He's still awesome on the mic. But fuck Helmsley, I'd put him with people who need a rub from him. RICO- Does all right in singles wrestling. I'd bring back the IC Title and let him hold it for a little bit. ROB VAN DAM- Eventually goes upper midcard, and if the fans demand it, main event. ROSEY- See Jamal. SCOTT STEINER- Jobs to people who could use it, and then is summarily released. SHAWN MICHAELS- Jobs to Jericho, goes over either HHH or Nash in his last match, and then let him retire. SPIKE DUDLEY- Bah. Jobs. STACY KEIBLER- Turn her heel and put her with an OVW guy like Doug Basham. STEVEN RICHARDS- I'd change nothing here. STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN- Austin has one last match and then is allowed to retire. If he wants to be a road agent or announcer, he can, but he doesn't need to. TERRI- Either turns heel and goes back to managing or is released. TEST- Heat. If he becomes obnoxious like I've heard he can be, he's outta here. THE HURRICANE- Upper midcard push. He'd break into the main event as Shane Helms. THE ROCK- No change. TOMMY DREAMER- Let him back in the creative team. If that doesn't work, he's released as he'd do much better in the indies. TRISH STRATUS- Depush a bit and let her do promotional stuff. She can be big in the Womens Division again once it's been built up to not be "Trish and others". TRIPLE H- Keep in the top, but his lobbying shit won't work. He WILL job. VICTORIA- No change. WILLIAM REGAL- Teams with Lance when Lance comes back. A-TRAIN- See Batista BIG SHOW- Jobs to Rey. Goes back to being a comedic face. BILL DeMOTT- Jobber, trainer, blah. If Gunn DOES return to the ring, after a bit I would re-unite Billy and Chuck. CHRIS BENOIT- Title push. Yep. CRASH- Released. DAWN MARIE- Send her to OVW to work on cutting promos, and then bring her back as a manager. EDGE- When he returns he gets a good push. EDDIE GUERRERO- Upper midcard heel push. FUNAKI- Have him start doing the backstage interviews again and have him cut some promos before his matches. If the fans dig him, he gets a push to midcarder, FINALLY. HARDCORE HOLLY- Have him work Velocity until he eventually sandbags and is fired. HULK HOGAN- One REAL last match, and then tell him that we won't be needing his services anymore. JAMIE NOBLE- He'd win more, but it'd be a while before he got a push. JOHN CENA- Makes sure he solidifies his wrestling skills. Have him do a crossover feud with the most famous rapper who will accept the offer, and bask in the publicity (Thank you, Willie the Worker) JOHNNY STAMBOLI- No change. KURT ANGLE- When he comes back (In a couple months, it seems) he manages Team Angle for a while until he returns to the ring, main events, and helps put people over. MARK HENRY- OVW. For three years. And then he's gone. MATT HARDY- Upper midcard push, maybe main event. NATHAN JONES- Ugh. Can't shine a turd, folks. He's gone. NIDIA- No change. She's awesome. NUNZIO- No change. PAUL HEYMAN- Brings someone in to feud with Brock. ROWDY RODDY PIPER- Piper's Pit, baby. He also manages O'Haire. REY MYSTERIO- He's doin' fine as it is now. RHYNO- Feuds with Benoit for a while, since Brock will be busy with whoever Heyman brings in (Maybe Tito Ortiz or Rulon Gardner) RIKISHI- Velocity, where he belongs. SABLE- Gone. SHANNON MOORE- No change. SHELTON BENJAMIN- See Haas STEPHANIE MCMAHON- Well, what're you gonna do? No change. TAJIRI- Ooh, why didn't I think of this before? Teams with Funaki! Bring back Raven For creative. Put Heyman in charge of creative. Go back to realistic storylines (no gimmicks, real names, believable plots). Make raw Nitro once and for all and give the cruisers heat or velocity and make out its a seperate promotion (hell call it ECW!!!)
