Whenever you get a chance JHawk. I just need them the weekend before this begins. That way I can set up all my stats keeping figures. Also I'd like to note that these should be PMed to me and not put on display in here. Make my life easier people... And one last reminder: This will not be where everyone will post their stats and stuff. The new thread will be called The Challenge: EWR 3.0 and you'll post in that thread. Just because that way, we don't have all this jumbo in the way. If anyone else wants to join, they are able to do so at anytime. They'll just be aforementioned behind the pack and need to catch up at their own pace. One Final Note: What is the point of the Challenge? Shall it be to a) Be first to acquire 100 PI in Global status b) Be first to acquire a certain amount of points in overal rankings c) Be first to take down the WWE or d) Something else?

The Dames Posted April 11, 2003 Report Posted April 11, 2003 I don't think the point system should really have anything to do with it all because if you get your guys over and they're stolen from you, there isn't much you can do about it. After all, you DID get them over enough to the point that a bigger fed wanted them, so why should you be punished for it? Dames

But no points scored for getting steals either then.

You can join in at anytime. I never said you HAD to start on May 3rd. Just the tourney will begin on that date. Also the first rankings will follow on May 11th. A day after the first month is over.

Dames - Uses His Head Considering I had killed the overness of wrestlers=points, I should've did away with that right away. Oh, and one other thing to everyone (not just Dames), how do we want to know who is the winner of the Challenge?

Running in game from June 1st, 2003 till May 31st, 2003. So 12 weeks then to complete the cycle. Also everyone hold onto those save files when we complete this. That way we can have like a "second season" at a later date if we want to. Starting requirements are Production at 50, Merchandise at 25 and Advertisement at 30. But as soon as day one begins (you'll be able to start your fed on May 3rd IRL) You can mess with those as little or as much as you like. It's all up to you. Edited April 11, 2003 by Lightning Flik

It's just for starts. Just inform everyone of any signings or changes or whatever in your diaries when it happens. Just for everyone to keep track. You don't have to say a lot, just like "WWE stole Spiffy Sean Stylez". My very first post address the starting stats that your fed needs to have. As soon as the Challenge begins, you can mess with them however you wish. Your first TV Show that is being allowed shall be on Tuesday Night, Late Evening. You'll be pitted up against HWA TV. The channel that will your first show will be on is Regional Network. You can immediately go after workers on other rosters from day one, and secure other TV shows as well (this second part I wouldn't suggest unless you really want to have to suffer endlessly). For diarires, they can be as simple or complex as you want them to be. If you really wanna be lazy, you can just post up the match results of what EWR chucks at you and post them up. Rankings That Will Be Followed: Note: Top 3 point scoring is as follows - 50 for 1st, 25 for 2nd, and 10 for 3rd. 1) Overall - Just a tally of points 2) Top 3 Segment (In Game Weekly) - People with the top 3 highest overall quality gets that added to their score. 3) Top 3 Matches (In Game Monthly) - People with the top 3 highest overall quality gets that added to their score. 4) Top 3 Angles (In Game Monthly) - People with the top 3 highest overall quality gets that added to their score. 5) Top 3 TV Show (In Game Weekly) Ratings - People with the top 3 highest overall quality gets that added to their score. 6) Top 3 Monthly Event (In Game Montly) Ratings - People with the top 3 highest overall quality gets that added to their score. 7) Public Image (In Game Monthly) - Public Image is added to score. (Remember that Regional 70 = 0 for points. Go up in PI and gain points. Go down in PI and lose points.) 8) Belt Image - People with the top 3 highest belt quality in that particular divison will receive those points towards their score. 8a) Main Event Belt - The title everyone wants to hold. This is in a class of its own for justly the right reason. 8b) Tag Titles - The tag titles. There will be a category for these for those who wish to put on tag matches for them. 8c) Secondary Titles - Every other singles title ends up in this category. That's right. That means you could have 3 other singles titles in this category and they can all qualify towards the Top 3. The downside? Having too many singles titles might not allow you to promote all of them and thusly no image works. Side Note: Oh and you can only have a singles belt for Lower, Midcard, Uppercard and Main Event.
