As he alluded to in a recent interview with WWE.com, Triple H is currently putting together a workout book which he says will be available near the end of the year.

“It’s going to obviously be a book about me, to a degree,” the World Heavyweight Champion said. “It’s going to have a lot of stories about the business, my career and things like that. But it’s basically going to be about training.

At the point I’m at in my career, and the things I’ve done, I just don’t feel like I have a whole lot to write about as far as a biography. I thought the biography’s something you do towards the end of your career.”

So when WWE officials asked him to write an autobiography, he offered do to the workout book instead.

“It’s one of the most frequently asked questions that I get (and) that the guys get – about working out and staying in shape,” he said. “'How do you guys stay in shape? How do you guys train?' If you’re a kid, football players are all uniformed up. You can’t see their bodies. Basketball players are mostly just skinny guys. If you are intrigued with your body, being bigger and things like that, I think wrestlers are a very visible source of motivation, and I think that’s why we get asked that so much. So I want to give people an insight on that – tell them how we stay in shape on the road. And if you’re an 18-year-old kid that wants to get bigger and wants to work out and stay in shape or whatever, (the book will) tell you what you can do. There are not a lot of places where you can find that information, and if you do find it, it’s from a bodybuilder or something like that. Competitive bodybuilding may not apply to you.”

The Thursday and Friday prior to WrestleMania, Triple H participated in a photo shoot for the as-yet-untitled book.

“The first one, on Thursday, was me performing all the exercises that you’ll see in the book,” he said. “It took 14 hours to shoot. I worked out for 14 hours, basically. It was a very exhausting day. The second day was all physique shots of different things they’re going to put in the book. That was a 10-hour photo shoot the second day, all posing and flexing.”

The finished product should be available in December.

Other WWE books on the horizon:

“The World Wrestling Entertainment Yearbook 2003 Edition,” available April 29.

“Listen, You Pencil-Neck Geeks,” the autobiography of “Classy” Freddie Blassie, due out May 13.

“J.R. ’s Cookbook: True Ringside Tales, BBQ and Down-Home Recipes,” available June 3.

“Have More Money Now,” a financial advice book by Bradshaw, due out in July.

The autobiography of Amy “Lita” Dumas, due out in late August or early September.

Stone Cold Steve Austin’s autobiography, currently scheduled for a late-October release.

I'm really looking forward to the Austin book. Especially now since he's not wrestling at this point, I would love to hear his stories

Bradshaw's book , I will pick up. My profession is in the financial area and I'm sure he can give some insight and good advice on the market and so forth.

JR's Cookbook. Hmm.. Maybe if it's on sale at barnes and nobles.

Freddie Blassie book could be good, but I know i'm going to get it anyways.

HHH workout book. YEAH RIGHT!! Too bad he can't just tell us the truth about how steriods gave him the body he has.

As for Lita, maybe she'll talk about the first night she hung out with Matt Hardy and screwed him.

To Tell you the Truth...Hunter's Work out book might be interesting in some levels...But since I am not a Aspiring Bodybuilder...I will pass...

Since I am a person slowly getting interested in saving my money and getting over on the Market...I know that Bradshaw is a great Fiancial expert and I will give his book a look through...

I think If J.R just had a Book about his Life and shit...It might not be so bad...

Lita? I could give two shits about that...

Of Course, The Austin Book will be a must have...If they let him tell the truth for a Magazine Article...I'm sure that he'll break through for The Book...

I applaud HHH for his comments on it not being his time (My Time!!) to do a book.

I haven't heard much about Bradshaw's smart money decisions since the internet bubble burst a few years back. Lets hear now if he is still the man.

They pretty much exposed all of Lita's stories in "Before They Were Stars" so the book can't have much more.

I think I wanna make fun of Lita for a little bit...

Releasing this book while the markets (both economic and wrestling) are down is a 'rithky' venture.

"BAH GAWD! BY LITA'S NEW BOOK AND READ ABOUT HER BREAKING HER NECK IN THREE PLACES!"

I think more than one 'rith' joke would be overkill, and that's all I got...

On "The Game", HHH says he was planning on releasing a work-out video that would just be him working out while the cameras taped it... like a "behind the scenes" type deal.

I guess someone realized what a shitty idea that was so he's doing a book instead.

Lets just hope HHH doesn't expose the business too much or he'll be pissed at himself.

I, for one am excited about Lita's book.

Austin and Bradshaw's seem like they are worth picking up as well.

As for HHH's book, I think they should've taken some pictures of him juicing up before a workout. That would be a best seller in no time.

HHH's "Workout book" will in reality be one of those hollowed out books people hide things in. Inside will be a needle and some uh, muscle enhancers..

I am shamed to own the previous WWF Cookbook, but I dont thnk Im going to be picking up JRs BBQ book.

I wonder if Andy Kaufman will be mentioned anywhere in Freddie Blassie's book (on the subject of My Breakfast With Blassie..) I doubt it..

Better start writing. That may be sooner than you think...

Austin is one of two wrestlers who I actually really do want to read a book about. The other is Ric Flair.

Triple-Juice's workout book? Is he going to tell us how to use roids correctly?

I only care about SCSA book, the only one of those that looks interesting.

This may be a lame-o question, but was Fred Blassie in on what was going on in the restaurant? He seemed to be playing it off as "Dumb pencil-neck geeks" interrupting his breakfast.

A new JR Cookbook, i can barely hold in my excitement. It'll probably just be taking existing recipies and adding BBQ sauce to everything.

There are quite a few really good recipes in the cookbook (Can You Take the Heat), and then there are some wastes of space:

Rock's Pancakes - a basic pancake recipe

Bossman's Pepper Steak - hmmm.. (Get it?).its nice that they include a real recipe as well though.

The Mean Street Posse Pot Pie: basically frozen veggies, can of cream of chicken soup and bisquick.

Val Venis' Kielbasa - cook kielbasa in beer with onions. OMG thats crazy!

APA's Beer Bread - flour, sugar and a 6 pack of beer.

Saturn's Super Cookies - cake mix, egg and oil baked as cookies, not cake. I tried it once and it didnt work..

and the most worthless Recipe of all

Bossman's refrigerated dough cookies -

buy refrigerated cookie dough, slice and bake.

WORST. RECIPE.EVER

This was the alternate title of Bradshaw's book:

"How Not To Get Ass-Raped In The Stock Market"

She's been to Mexico and... um....er.... stuff.

Austin's will be good if they let him say what he actually thinks, like Foley's. However, if they put a WWFE-friendly spin on everything it could be like The Rock's, which isn't very interesting and occasionally written in character.

I agree..i don't like the WWF (e) spin either..where everything is kind of sugercoated and sanatized..where you know beneth the surface there is a more interesting and jucier story there...case in point Rock

The only books i want to read is Flair's & especially Austins....he has had a pretty interesting and storied career..stories about the Stunning Steve days should be good.....

The rest i could care less about..just because you spent some time in the WWF (e)..does not automatically mean you should write a book.....
