Guest kane3212321 Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 That cover is the biggest ego trip I have ever seen. Screw HHH's vanity title that's 10 times worse.
Guest Mik at Cornell Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Extras look good though. Hogan vs. Andre on DVD.
Guest Kid Kablam Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Extras look good though. Hogan vs. Andre on DVD. Might as well just get a vhs of Wrestlemania III which has Steamboat vs Savage on it
Guest bravesfan Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Hogan v. Andre is not a full-match extra. IIRC, it's one of those Confidential fluffer pieces from a few weeks before 'Mania. Extras look good though. Hogan vs. Andre on DVD. The Hulk STILL Rules DVD has the match as an full-length extra, if you wanted it beforehand.
Guest Mole Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 OH MY GOODNESS. That is the dumbest cover for a DVD. If it is four main events like it states in the extras, PUT IT ON THE COVER.
Mecha Mummy Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Jeez, where's Cena's rap on Jay-Z and Fabolous? They put that Catfight Girl shit in but not that? Idiots. - Wrestlemania Press Conference Whoa, I may actually make it on camera here.
Guest bob_barron Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 OH MY GOODNESS. That is the dumbest cover for a DVD. If it is four main events like it states in the extras, PUT IT ON THE COVER. It'd be hard to put all 4 main events on the cover of the DVD with having enough room to put the big Wrestlemania logo on it. Who cares about the cover though? It's the inside that counts
DrVenkman PhD Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Where the hell is RVD/Kane vs Morley/Storm?

They could defiently do it. Look at the cover of the WM program, all 8 heads were on it. The cover makes or breaks a DVD. Some people will look at that and say "Vince and Hogan? Why would I want that? Are they have a steroids convention or something?"
Gert T Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 4 Main Events? They must be talking about Brock/Angle, Austin/Rock, Micahels/Jericho, and HHH/Booker T. I'm not forgeting a match am I? Oh well, I'm sure if I did it will be ALL OVER the cover.
Guest bob_barron Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Where the hell is RVD/Kane vs Morley/Storm? Wrestlemania Weekend: - Trish Stratus - Full Axxess - World Tag Team Championship

Well most people already know what happened at Wrestlemania so I think they know all the matches and the results so I'm pretty sure Vince v. Hogan is not gonna make or break cover. I don't really see the big deal about what's on the cover- People already know what happened at Mania and will buy or not buy the DVD regardless

Has anone else noticed that barron has turned into the "super-duper find a way to defend and justify every stupid thing Vince does" Not necessarily a good or bad thing, just an obervation.

It's a DVD cover- I wouldn't exactly call it a stupid thing.

But even you have to admit that you're justifying Vince's actions alot lately.
Guest bob_barron Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Not really- I was vehemently against them bringing Goldberg, and having HBK and Triple H go over at Mania. Those seem to be the major things going on in the company

But for whatever reason I thought you were justifying alot of the minor things he does that pisses us off. I stand corrected.
Guest eiker_ir Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 the extras seem good enough for me, but i don't like that cover, this would have made a great cover IMO: http://www.geocities.com/eiker_ir/wm19.jpg copy & paste the link if it doen't work by just clicking it
Guest AndrewTS Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Wow. What a whole lot of useless filler.
DrVenkman PhD Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Thanks Bob... I think it's time for me to get my glasses perscription updated.

Guest HartFan86 Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Those extras suck. I don't see what's so great about them, considering everything was on Confidential/Heat.
Guest Mik at Cornell Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Well I never seen an episode of Confidential, and I don't think I've watched Heat since Shane McMahon was color commentator and came to the ring with two pretty ladies every week. I only get to watching wrestling about an hour a week cause I'm normally too damn busy otherwise. A DVD like this would be good for someone like me. I'm not buying it, but it would be nice. The only two DVDs I own are the PPVs I was at, RR 2000 at MSG and WMX8 in Toronto.
Guest bob_barron Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Those extras suck. I don't see what's so great about them, considering everything was on Confidential/Heat. That's what they always do for the Wrestlemania extras. I was hoping they would put some of the interviews and matches leading up to it (ie the Rock stuff)..
Guest Kingpk Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 Anyone got a release date? Those extras are a bit better than X-8, which had Hogan-Warrior and a whole bunch of crap.

Guest Mattdotcom Posted April 17, 2003 Report Posted April 17, 2003 That cover looks fake to me. Fake or really cheaply done.....oh.
