Guest Mole Posted April 19, 2003 Report Posted April 19, 2003 I was watching Bring it On on USA today, and I was thinking what my favorite "High School" movie is. 10 Ten Things I Hate About You and Bring it On are the only two I really like. What about you fellas?
Guest razazteca Posted April 19, 2003 Report Posted April 19, 2003 Fast Times at Richmond High or Dazed & Confused.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted April 19, 2003 Report Posted April 19, 2003 10 Things I Hate About You, Not Another Teen Movie, and my personal project (still in script stages) called A Franklin Tale: The Prom.
Guest Zack Malibu Posted April 19, 2003 Report Posted April 19, 2003 I'm assuming the high school shows don't count... Either American Pie movie (well, part 2 was college...still) or Varsity Blues. And Corey, if you think MA has drama (which I assume is what you refer to with A Franklin Tale), come hang out with me in RI. EVERYONE has some type of crisis going on.
Guest Kingpk Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Ferris Beuller's Day Off, Fast Times, and American Pie
Guest IDrinkRatsMilk Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 ghost world But they were graduating from high school at the beginning of the movie. I wouldn't call it a high school movie. Ferris Bueller is my favorite.
Guest eiker_ir Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 American Pie, the Porky's movies, 10 thing i hate about you, probably more i can't remember now
Guest The Superstar Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Swimfan! Oh, I thought you said worst.
LaParkaYourCar Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Ferris Bueller's Day Off Varsity Blues Can't Hardly Wait Dazed and Confused American Pie 1 & 2
Guest Crucifixio Jones Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Election and Clueless, since neither have been mentioned. If someone here says Jawbreaker they shall die. Slow.
Guest ISportsFan Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Definitely Ferris Bueller's Day Off by a long shot. Nothing else really compares. Jason
Guest HBK16 Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 In no particular order Dazed and Confused Cant hardly Wait (even though they graduated) Varsity Blues Breakfast Club
Guest Texas Small Arms 09 Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Varsity Blues Breakfast Club American Pie
LaParkaYourCar Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 I've never seen Heathers so I can't give an opinion on it.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Heathers ("I love my dead, gay son!") Ferris Bueller American Pie Breakfast Club Fast Times Seriously, anyone who hasn't seen Heathers should make it a point to go rent it.
The Dames Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Can't Hardly Wait is my favorite, but technically, it's the night of graduation. Other than that, Ferris Beuller and American Pie. Dames
Guest Max Danger Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 Fast Times at Ridgemont High American Pie I also haven't seen Heathers, but I'll eventually get around to it.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Posted April 20, 2003 Report Posted April 20, 2003 And Corey, if you think MA has drama (which I assume is what you refer to with A Franklin Tale), come hang out with me in RI. EVERYONE has some type of crisis going on. Same here in Franklin. Town's so fucking dull that everybody is on something. We're also all so well-off financially, yet not, that it's weird as hell. I tells ya, spending a month in Franklin makes you age 6. The script/stageplay is gonna be based off of a script me and my friend Shannon wrote, almost to a T, only with a more mixed soundtrack than the sappy emo and punk soundtrack she chose...and with probably more realistic characters. Although the character of Matt, who I was supposed to play (and Shannon came up with with me in mind), will still be in it...still be fucking weird...and still get naked...
