STATUS: Vince 50%, Flair 50%, Linda; nothing A few months later near Mania X8, Flair's behaviour was deemed unacceptable by a WWE board that was hierarchically above them both (which included Linda). Flair was stripped of power for a month or so and eventually lost it in a match with Vince. But given these events. Vince 100%, Flair; nothing, Linda; WWE Board Vince appoints GM's Vince 100%, Bisch; RAW, Steph SmackDown!, Linda; WWE Board NOW - Why would Linda even come back as GM - she is on the bloody WWE Board! In addition, she would be going through Vince's line of power to appoint / change - logically, Vince HAS to be involved or it is all bollocks. Everything is forgotten after a month or so, but if they so choose they'll dig up 6-20 year old issues to try to sell a fued.
