When I read the topic I thought this was going to be about Christian. I'm glad he's getting some more mic time and what seems to be a push. It's about time that he gets to lead some sort of group or faction. Maybe he can have 3MW as his new cronies, now that Rico will be moving on to better things.

I think the big thing that escapes most fans is that he's actually a better-than-average wrestler. So far, he hasn't been able to let loose except for a couple of matches, specifically one SD! he had with Rey Rey, where he pulled off more moves than most guys do on PPVs. Unfortunately, when you're relegated to manager duties on the outside or spur-of-the-moment 3-minute tag team bouts, you can't exactly show your wares.

 

If this new push gives Rico the chance to strut his stuff, given the great work he supposedly displayed in OVW (both in and out of the ring) I think he'll really surprise a lot of people.

I say he should return in his red American Gladiator spandex and fight the evil Team Angle, who look like American Gladiators anyway. Just when you think Team Angle is about to get the upperhand, Rico pulls out the trusty foam rocket launcher and hits the bullseye about them. Team Angle looks flabbergasted as the fog of defeat spews in front of them. Then you have the Atlas-sphere match at the PPV, winner take all.
