There are ton of guys here into Anime, including me. I'd welcome any and all anime reviews here, even for stuff I'm not into or stuff I've never seen.

The most recent movie I saw was Grave of the Fireflies. Damn, I almost cried at the end. Good stuff.

What's your first review gonna be?

I'm another one of the heavy anime watchers on the board. If you're up for it, let's see what kind of anime reviewing skills you have.

Alright cool.Well I was thinking either about doing the first DVD is either GTO or Cowboy Bebop for my first reviews.Your choice really. After that ill do the rest of the GTO and Bebop DVDs along with Evangelion, and im getting either Hellsing or Serial Experiments Lain this weekend so Ill have reviews up for one of those series(Disk by disk)EVENTUALLY. Its up to you guys. So just lemme know, but if it was up to me, I would prob do Bebop first.

Between Great Teacher Onizuka and Cowboy Bebop, I'd like to hear an opinion on GTO since it is the less accessible of the two with Cowboy Bebop being on Cartoon Network for awhile now.

Review the Cowboy Bebop movie or anime that does not get regular tv play, GTO sounds interesting.

I like Trigun, Dirty Pair and the Miyazaki stuff and AKIRA, other then that I've no idea

Eva, GTO, Bebop, maybe some feature films (Akira, Mononoke, Spirited Away, Bebop the Movie), all those would be worthwhile reads for all of us fans. Even throw in some Samurai X. I kinda liked that stuff.

Despite the only anime I've ever watched being Trigun, I got Goldhil Home Video to send me over a three-pack of DBZ DVDS (Lord Slug, Cooler's Revnege, and The Return of Cooler), Tu Tu Hakusho (A New Apprentice - Uncut), Fruits Basket, and The Secret of Twilight Gemini (Uncut) for me to review at FlicksXXXPosed. I'm hoping I'll be able to do a half decent review of them.

OKay let me see here. My friend is getting Perfect Blue and Lain when I get Hellsing. I figure the next thing I will review will be the Cowboy Bebop Movie. I have it on the computer so ill try to get it up by Monday. After that ill do the first GTO.If Bebop isnt up by Monday then it will def be up by next Friday LOL. If worst comes to worst(Which most likely it will) Ill write it Sunday night. THEN, i will try to borrow Akira from my friend, who I gave it too. but before that, after Bebop and before GTO ill review one of my fav ANime movies "Jin-Roh" Well, THAT was alot to think about. Anyway, ill review the bebop movie no problem.

Well, considering my custom title, I would hope I'm into anime...

If you really want to see how many anime fans there are on the board, just do a search for this forum on the subject since we've had like a good 15 threads on it.

Oh, I even reviewed AKIRA for the main site a while back, so check it out if you want to.

APO, I just got cable this week and seemingly have managed to catch onto that show (the manslayer one... I have no hope of remembering the actual name) and I'm really digging the hell out of the stylistic approach to the series (although Captain Bigsword on small handle is a little wacky).

I'm all over anime. Trigun, Tenchi Muyo!, Slayers, Cowboy Beebop, GitS, etc, the list goes on and on.... Pretty much anything by Tezuka or Miyazaki as well.

Yech, am I the only one who thinks Miyazaki is the most overrated director of all time? He gets compared to Walt Disney all the time, and I think a good comparison. What he makes is good for what it is, a nice little family movie. Hes the best at it, dont get me wrong but its nothing worth giving him a handjob over.

Goodear, it's called Rurouni Kenshin(or Kenshin the Wanderer as I've heard it translates to in English). It's a great show, and even though I'm kinda peeved they started it over again instead of going through the Kyoto acr(you'll see soon enough), at least it gives others the chance to get into it.
