Hi all. I'm back. Some of you remember me, some don't...but anyway.

I was getting to talking with Andrew T Skocik...and I was wondering...when you all started watching wrestling, who was the first wrestler you remember seeing?

Me? Well...I think I know why I'm MUCH more tolerant of crap in wrestling. For me...the first wrestler that I ever saw was Irwin R. Schyster...in a 1994 King of the Ring Qualifying match.

How about all you?

Oh...and it's good to be back.

My all-time favorite wrestler, Bret "The Hitman" Hart.

Bret Hart. Good place to start......

Hulk Hogan sometime shortly after Wrestlemania IV. His charisma captivated my little mind. I was a Hulkamaniac damnit! Shit, I still am, brother!

Saw would be Hogan, obviously. I never actually saw a Hogan match until...it was either 95 or 96 in WCW. It was the infamous "shoe" match when Hogan was handcuffed and hit with a lady's shoe or something like that.

First wrestler I saw before becoming a WWF fan was Bret Hart lacing his boots up on the Superstars intro--right after cartoons on Saturday mornings. :P

First wrestler whose matches I dug enough to become a fan was HBK, in 95. When I first saw Hogan wrestle I was like "this guy sucks."

I got into Bret more later on, but I was always more interested in matches, but later on I got to appreciate psychology more (Flair matches were boring to me at first).

I thought Sid was funny...I didn't ever buy him as a serious heel, though.

I dont remember, I swear I started watching as soon as I opened my eyes after birth. I remember loving Hulk Hogan when I was really little but it was mostly all Bret Hart for me.

Hogan. Considering when I was younger, I HAD to be a Hulkamaniac cause Hulk...

God was I naive then.

First I saw would probably be someone like Hogan, Flair, JYD or Hillbilly Jim, since my bro was always a fan and he used to buy me toys and stuff when I was like 2 and 3.

I started watching religiously when I tuned in to a match between Shawn Michaels and Mr. Perfect in 91. And both went on to become my favorite wrestlers.

Ric Flair. Thanks to my dad. I used to watch NWA with my dad, he liked Flair and being 6-7 years old, you listen to your dad.

The first wrestler (and show...and angle) I distinctly can remember seeing - Hulk Hogan getting punked out by Randy Savage on SNME, after leaving to tend to an injured Elizabeth, leaving Savage all by his lonesome.

What a great angle.

First match I really paid attention to -- Bossman/Hulk in the cage on SNME after the Zeus beatdown.

That's actually the first pro wrestling program I can remember as well. That's where I initially saw Savage. But became a raging Hulkamaniac shortly after. That ended at WM 8 when Bret fucking Hart got a brilliant match out of Roddy Piper.

Damn! That's been a long time!

I'm really not sure. It's either Bob Armstrong, Robert Fuller, or The Flame. I'm not quite sure what The Flames real name was.

Please, i got all of you beat

I remember when i was a a very young little boy in about 1983 and the first wrestler i saw as my uncle was passing throught the channels with the remote was none other than.........Kevin Von Erich from WCCW. I saw it and i was like "what the hell?" I couldnt understand why this boxer was wearing no shoes at all and kept hitting some guys head into the turnbuckle.......ah memories

I've been watching wrestling as long as I can remember. I'd have to asume it was probably Hogan but since the first thing I can remember is Wrestlemania I'll take a stab with Tito Snatana because he came out first

I'm pretty sure it was Hogan/Bundy, right before their WM2 angle.

Bundy became the first heel I cheered for, because I hated Hogan from second one.

And I was amazed how little he did compared to the other wrestlers.

The Ultimate Warrior. The guy reminded me of a comic book super hero at the time so I watched him wrestle (I believe it was Ted Dibiase on a SNME) and was hooked.

I can't remember exactly. I believe it was Jesse Ventura.

I can remember the first time I watched WCW though. It was WCW Saturday Night, and it was a handicap match as Ron Simmons & 2 Cold Scorpio faced Cactus Jack, Tony Atlas, and some really big fat guy. It was a bizarre experience to say the least.

I didn't watch WCW again until a Clash of the Champions, where I got to see the Hollywood Blondes, and the debut of the Shockmaster! At the time, I thought Shockmaster was SUPPOSED to trip and fall on his ass. I marked out when I saw it was Typhoon though.

I believe it was Hogan, but I'm not sure.

I remember the first PPV I ordered, SumerSlam 91.

Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho back in one of their cruiser matches on Nitro in 1996.

I have no idea, though there's a good chance it was probably Hogan.

First wrestler I actually saw was Hulk Hogan.

However, my first wrestling match (watching it, obviously) was Bret 'Hitman' Hart vs Yokozuna. I was a big Hitman fan and Yoko scared the fucking shit out of me.

He was a big lad.
