Well I got into this thread rather late, but here's an image showing the extras as well as the chapters since a few people have asked.

 

 

I'm looking forward to picking up this DVD way more than the Michaels one. As an avid purchaser of WWF/E videos, I own just about every match on the Michaels DVD already (one already in DVD format). The Rey DVD features matches I haven't ever seen as well as awesome TV matches that aren't available for purchase like a PPV match or what have you.

Just a note for you folks.... Overstock.com has the Rey disc for 15.49 + 1.40 shipping UPS media mail (2-15 days... I usually get my stuff in 2-5).

 

So your total is 16.89... BUT.. if you sign up as a new customer you get a $5 coupon that you get to use on the order bringing it down to $11.89!

 

I got the Rey DVD and Judgement Day 2001 for a total of about $24 bucks including shipping.

WCW will never be a part of them. It represented something Vince dosen't like (a wrestling company) and the only thing that's ever caused him to lose in that buisness. (Unlike in other ones, where he's been made a bitch repeatedly).

 

Besides Vince, Ross hates WCW, too..and that's half the management that's senile right there.

DAMMIT! My birthday is next month and I know I'll be getting some money from the g-parents and aunts/uncles [they always give out money instead of buying me anything, which is just fiiiine with me!]. Problem: I already got enough to buy! 2-Disc Red Dragon DVD, 2-Disc Fight Club DVD, SD4, Silence of the Lambs DVD fuckin' packed with extras....and now I have to think about getting the Rey and HBK dvds? That's it...my ass is gettin' a job this summer. 'Course I was plannin' on it anyway, but still...

Which version of SOTL's are you getting?

 

I found Red Dragon for $10 brand new, but it was just the one disc version. I bought it, and didn't know untill I got home that there was a TWO disc version. Blah, now I have to sale the one I bought, and buy the other one, heh.

Red Dragon only $10? Geez...where the hell did you find that? I guess it's a lucky thing that *most* didn't like it, that way the fans of it can get it cheap.

I want that edition of SOTL, it's not too hard to find. Hell, every store that I went to today had it for $14.95, and you can buy the two pack (SOTL + Hannibal) for $28.95 or so. I'm so DVD crazy, that when I buy them I MUST get the best version of said film. This SE version of SOTL is great, and has a lot of stuff on it, but the Criterion version looks just as good, as it has a lot of stuff on it that the SE version does not, and vice versa, so I have to get BOTH of them. The Criterion is OOP though, so you have to get it on eBay for like $30+, it has a commentary track, and other stuff on it.

 

I got Red Dragon at the Jockey Lot, but I took it back today and sold it to another vender for $10, lol. Like I said, I MUST have the best version of the film/dvd, and I want the two-disc version of Red Dragon.

 

I f'n loved the film by the way, just like I loved Manhunter.

Yep, I sure do, but no luck. I went to Best Buy, three Wal-Marts, Staples, K-Mart, Sams Club, Circuit City, two Blockbusters (hey, you never know), and a few local stores.

yes!!! i found the dvd in FYE today. Its worth every single penny. the biography part of it is excellent, and the matches add just so much more. Then again, im sure u all knew that. But wow, its really good. I suggest u all go out and check every single store to see if they have it.

It was great, funny hearing the story of what happened at Slam. Rey would of been fucked if he coudlnt find his mask.
