For the most part, they have treated Rey Mysterio Jr. pretty good in WWE since he's been here, as he's had a few great matches against various Cruisers and guys like Kurt Angle. If you take away the crap with TBS and the such, he's had a pretty good run so far to have only been in WWE for such a short time. I see no reason that they wont do the same with Ultimo, and if this means some Ultimo vs guys like Rey, Matt, Benoit, Angle, Moore, Crash, and the others then I'm all for it.

The video was for "The One" Billy Gunn. See, "The One" was his old gimmick and it's also what they refer to Neo as in "The Matrix" films, something the promo shown was based around.

Sounds more likely that it's a new guy, and considering they keep telling the guys in OVW to "get ready to move up", it just might be The Machine, Doug Basham. I doubt that it's Ultimo, because they'd play up the whole Japanese thing. And that promo didn't show any Asian characters or writing to my knowledge.

Whomever it is for, don't get too excited. They rarely follow up these vignettes with a consistent character i.e. SO'H, Nathan Jones. Rey is the only one that has sort of lived up to his build.
