Well...Sid had some sort of stomach virus and wrestled a House show with Taker (shortly before Maina) and well simply shat himself and taker quickly pinned him...

 

Meanwhile...it was this incident that started the end of Bret's Career in WWF.

Somebody get my man the clip of Shockmaster's amazing debut. The funniest part was Ottman wiping his hands after he got back up and put his mask back on, and Heenan under his breath saying "oh noooooo.....oh no"

 

I also would like to nominate good ol' Sid Vicious as a candidate. He messed up his lines on the mic more than anyone else ever i believe

Sid broke his leg in the match with Steiner. One of the more funny moments came when Animal, who was making his debut as Steiner's new lackey, started put a stomping on old Sid as he tried to straighten his leg out. This of course lead to the angle where Steiner started interrupting matches to just to break people’s legs. It was brilliant.

Well, in terms of a one time incident the Ottman thing is the king. Sid fucked up more in interviews than in the ring, which never really hurt his heat any from what I could tell.

 

But Steiner, oh lord. The other night during the PPV my friend Chris, my brother, and I all laughed our asses off at him fucking up at the beginning of that match. Hell, after the PPV we rewound the tape and watched it in slo mo about 5 times.
