Agent_Bond34 Posted July 1, 2003 Report Posted July 1, 2003 Recent purchase: X2: Wolverine's Revenge - PS2
Guest Flyboy Posted July 1, 2003 Report Posted July 1, 2003 Recent purchase: X2: Wolverine's Revenge - PS2 I would have saved my money.
Agent_Bond34 Posted July 1, 2003 Report Posted July 1, 2003 I paid store-credit for it at GameCrazy, so it's no big loss. And I liked the game too, for that matter.
Guest DVD Spree Posted July 1, 2003 Report Posted July 1, 2003 Viewtiful Joe, GameCube. That motherfucker RULES.
Guest starvenger Posted July 1, 2003 Report Posted July 1, 2003 I just bought NBA Street vol 2. Target had it on sale for $40, so I figured "what the heck".
Guest Lightning Flik Posted July 1, 2003 Report Posted July 1, 2003 Just bought Arc The Lad: Twilight Of Spirits. Good game, worth the purchase and at least makes sense with the rest of the Arc The Lad storyline. To anyone who owns or has played Arc The Lad: The Collection, although it does make reference to the ol' games, it is thousands of years later. Although, I'm near the end here (I just fucking cruised through this game for some reason), I'm getting the feeling of the department of localization and stuff kinda rushed it as it's a little bit of a problem.
Guest Renegade Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 Fresh from lik-sang King of fighters 2002 for the dreamcast. I'll talk more about it when I get some serious play time from it.
Guest Star Ocean 3 Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits and Breath of Fire: Dargon Quarter
Guest The Superstar Posted July 2, 2003 Report Posted July 2, 2003 Megaman X5 for PSone, on the clearance table at KB Toys.
Guest AndrewTS Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 Wario World for Gamecube Sega 6-Pak for Genesis Fatal Fury Mark of the Wolves for Dreamcast.
LivingLegendGaryColeman Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 I got NHL 2002 yesterday. I know, sounds old, but I got a brand new copy from Sears for $5. So I figured I'd get it, don't have a hockey game, even if it's old, EA games are usually the best franchise.
Guest Renegade Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 Fatal Fury Mark of the Wolves for Dreamcast. Excellent choice sir.
Guest DerangedHermit Posted July 5, 2003 Report Posted July 5, 2003 I haven't bought anything recently (OMG, ban plz~!) but I'm looking around for a PS2 network adapter, and also Kingdom Hearts (if I can find a new or used cheap).
Guest Flyboy Posted July 5, 2003 Report Posted July 5, 2003 I pre-ordered NCAA Football 2004 yesterday for XBox if that counts for anything.
Guest Mad Dog Posted July 5, 2003 Report Posted July 5, 2003 Thursday I bought MegaMan Battle Network Blue and Castlevania Aria of Sorrow. I sold my GBA to a friend in return for MegaMan & Bass. The AdvanceSP is awesome btw.

MUCH BETTER than the SUper GB for SNES. ARC THE LAD COLLECTION FOR PS. I know most of you aren't big on Strategy Guides, but if you've played the Lunar remakes for PS, you'll know that Working Designs makes the greatest strategy guides in all the land. I'd get it just to read through the whole goddamn thing. Much good comes out of this purchase.

Guest Mattdotcom Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 Got the GB player for the GC. FUCKIN SWEET. MUCH BETTER than the SUper GB for SNES. Explain. Both are pretty simple in nature, so what makes the Game Boy Player better? Besides the fact that it plays GBA games.
Guest Jobber of the Week Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 Got the GB player for the GC. FUCKIN SWEET. MUCH BETTER than the SUper GB for SNES. I see your GB Player and raise you my Visual Boy Advanced-X for Xbox. =b Seriously though, there's no way to play 2 player through that right? If there was, I'd buy it.
Guest Sakura Posted July 11, 2003 Report Posted July 11, 2003 My copy of the original Guilty Gear came in today. It's pretty good, though I won't play it much since it completely jobs to X and X2. I basically just got it to own it and see what it's like for a bit. I played through it and found the hype over the difficulty level to be way overblown. It wasn't easy or anything, but with all the hype about how hard it was and how hardcore the game is I was expecting it to be impossible. Nothing, not even Justice, was as hard as say...a SNK boss.
Guest Flyboy Posted July 12, 2003 Report Posted July 12, 2003 Got MvC2 on Wednesday (from a great friend) for XBox.
Guest DerangedHermit Posted July 12, 2003 Report Posted July 12, 2003 I just bought Metroid Prime for 88 Snapple caps, and am getting a preowned Gamecube & Mario Sunshine for around $100. Sweet.
Guest The Notorious CRD Posted July 14, 2003 Report Posted July 14, 2003 Wario Ware: Mega Microgame$ (GBA) Wario World (GC)
